This adorable and centrally located little cabin suited our needs perfectly. It's super efficiently designed with everything you could possibly need neatly tucked into a comfy space. Both early check-in and late check-out were graciously accommodated, it was spick and span, and perfectly walkable to nearly everything in town, including the supermarket. Will definitely stay there again!

Very unique and special studio to stay in while visiting. Kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Bathroom is small but to be expected. Wonderful and peaceful place - much better than a hotel. Definitely recommend!!

Hi Scott, We’re sorry to hear your stay was just ok. We do enforce our rules and policies firmly especially when it comes to smoking in and right outside the door with the door open of a rental. The owner asked politely a few times to step away from the rental when smoking, it really shouldn’t have taken multiple requests only for you ignore them and continue to smoke next to the rental. We wish you all the best in future travel.

Very small but serviceable for one.

Quarters are pretty tiny. Bathroom doesn't have room for a sink. But one has everything that one needs except an ice cube tray. I substituted muffin cups. Everything in working order and neat and clean. Very close to downtown Sitka. I am uncertain I would try to squeeze two people. The single bed looks that there is a trundle underneath but I did not try to see how that works.

Excellent Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Sitka for fishing. We had 4 guys and rented all 4 cottages. Everyone liked having their own unit. We have stayed there several times and have always found them to be clean, in a great location, with excellent on-site management. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Cottage!!

My husband and I stayed for 10 days and would have stayed longer if they had not been booked. When we needed some spices, Tess the owner, gave us some to use and was very gracious! Great location! Perfect for walking to downtown!

Cottages are convenient to town

The cottage was perfect for my work stay. Tess was very accommodating to my late arrival. Cottages are small, but cozy, and are equipped with everything you need. Everything is within walking distance from the cottages. This has become my new base when I am in Sitka for work. Thank you Tess, Bryan
