Nice cozy apartment in downtown Sitka. Good location, we rented a car so we could drive to some of the trails put of town, but if you wanted to just stay downtown there is no need to rent a car. Managers were quick to respond. Would recommend.

Hi Shaelene, I’m sorry to hear the renters in the next door unit were loud during your stay. We could have taken care of the noise issue had you let us know. Our contact info is provided in the rental and we encourage guests to reach out to us anytime with concerns. In spite of the noise, we hope you enjoyed the rental.

Convenient downtown location, perfect for the traveler who doesn't want to rent a car. I rented a car for the first day of my week long trip to shop for groceries and orient myself to the island. The rest of the trip, we either walked or utilized free public transportation. The management team responded immediately to my calls. There are stairs leading to the units that may be arduous for some folks, but not us. I will definitely book again.

Sitka Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in an excellent location if you don't wish to rent a car or rent a car for a day or two which I did. The property manager was extremely friendly and quick to respond when I called. There is a staircase leading up to the rooms, which could be strenuous for some. I will choose this location when we return next year.

Room was fine but dated. Not all electrical is working - most concerning is the overhead light which has an electrical issue. Bed (actually a murphy bed) was not good and pillows anything but comfortable. Very conviently located

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location. We had 12 people in our group so we rented all 4 apartments. All of the apartments were great. Clean and comfortable. The only part I wasn't fond of were the steep stairs to access the apartments. But if you don't have mobility issues wouldn't be a problem.

Some Good, Some Not. So Good

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the good:A perfect location for walking throughout Sitka. Easy communication with host. Spacious efficiency. Not so good: long, steep staircase to access apartment. Lacking in attention and upkeep (e.g. bathroom drain plugged up, kitchen cabinet missing pull handle), saggy mattress. Minimal amenities. No Kleenex, no salt or pepper in kitchen. Door to apartment is tricky to keep closed. No blackout curtains.
