Large townhouse on 16th street in a great location; just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach makes this an ideal rental for your next family vacation. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse was built in 2009 and has plenty of upgrades. The townhouse offers two master suites; one of which is an entry level master. There is an ocean view from your second story balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked to make you feel like you are at home. The open floor plan allows plenty of space for all guests!

Close to several bars, restaurants, Starbucks, Dunkin, the beach and the boardwalk! All within walking distance.
You are close to everything. You can park your car at the townhouse and walk to all the main attractions. There is also a bus stop directly outside of the townhouse.
Linens and towels are provided. Toiletries are not provided.

My name is John. I was born and raised in Maryland. I still reside in Southern Maryland with my wife and 3 kids. I remember going to Ocean City every summer with my family. I always thought how cool it would be to have a place at the beach. I wanted that reality for my family, so we made my dream a reality. Now we would like to share our joy and house with others so their children can enjoy the same vacations I used to take as a child.

This property is not just a rental property, but a property where my wife and I take our kids to enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer. We strive to make the house a relaxing place where you can kick off your shoes and feel comfortable. We have made every effort to make sure the property has every convenience that you would have at home. The property is in a great location - a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. You can view the ocean from your balcony. We wish to share our property with you so you can make wonderful Ocean City memories in a clean, well kept house!
