Centrally located in Spring Creek, easily walkable to anywhere in town with amazing views of Three Sisters Mountain. VIEWS - VIEWS - VIEWS! See all of Canmore's favorite peaks from your balconies. This luxurious 3 Bedroom plus converted Den with 3 Bathrooms condo, built in 2022, comfortably sleeps 10 (note: you can sleep 12 as we have furnished the den area with an additional bunk bed, but this room is small and does not have windows). The condo interior is approximately 1800 sq feet and has geothermal in-floor heating and a central air conditioning system.

- Parking is limited during high season May-September. One dedicated parking spot is available; additional vehicles must find street parking or paid lots nearby. Your understanding is appreciated.
