For extra sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a comfortable pull-out couch. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, ensuring entertainment for all.

Family Visit

A fantastic getaway spot with plenty of room. We loved all the modern conveniences. The bathrooms were beautiful! We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home and Awesome Host

The home was just as advertised, clean, spacious and stocked with games and activities. We spent a lot of time on the lanai and enjoyed the view. The Keurig didn’t work when we arrived, but the host replaced immediately. They were very nice. If we would return to this area, I would stay again.

Great place

We all enjoyed our stay the home is very nice and very comfortable. The kids especially enjoyed the game room area. If we are ever lucky enough to go back to SW Florida we will certainly rent again.

The house is nicely updated, clean, quiet neighborhood, close to everything!! Our family enjoyed the stay, kitchen has things you need to cook with, utensils, plates, etc..

Beautiful home!

The home was perfect! Plenty of space for our family of 7. The kids loved the air hockey and arcade game. The kitchen was great for cooking and enjoying the time together as a family. We enjoyed are stay and hated that it had to end.

Pleasant well renovated space for relaxation

Family of four we wanted to stay close to other friends in Cape Coral but still hit the beach and better restaurants in the area vs beach fare. Clean and comfortable the property served us well with a week of relaxation and enjoying being together in between adventures. The local Cuban bakery/eatery scene was top notch. Very central if you want to access more than just Caltiva/Sanibel. Host was the best!

Great House

The house is beautiful and is very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The owners are very responsive and friendly. The location is great because it's minutes from shops, grocery stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

Family christmas

Extra needed beds for all my kids and grandkids coming to visit over christmas break.. Lovely cape coral neighborhood. Large home. Very updated and well kept. Would definitely rent again!

Great house to accomodate an active family.

The house was great, allowing a lot of space for our 5 adults and one infant. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very nice, and the neighborhood was quiet yet active with walkers. Lots of good restaurants within a few miles, and the one hour drive to Vanderbilt Beach was longer than we wanted, but well worth it. We also enjoyed enjoyed Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda, about 25 miles north of the home. As Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, this location will be even better.

Loved everything about this house. From the three bedrooms and two bathrooms To the spacious kitchen and nice laundry room. And the living room. Everything was great ! Clean neat and tidy . Great location!! Anything you needed was provided!!! Thank you very much!!! We would love to stay here again in the future 😍

Clean house with great accommodations

The house had no odors and was very clean. It had all the amenities needed- iron, hair dryers, kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. We also appreciated TVs in tge bedrooms. The garage was full of outdoor entertainment - corn hike, bikes, etc. you cannot park in the garage. We thought the house was nicer than the pictures.

Spacious and Cozy

We came down to Florida from VA, that’s a 16 hour drive which we did straight through. When we got there, we noticed the neighborhood and how quiet it was. It was peaceful. The house was the star of the show. It was nice and clean, so much space with a cannel in the back which is great for early morning coffee and a book. The kids definitely enjoyed the air hockey table and arcade. There was enough space for everybody to lay their heads. I especially loved how soft the beds were. The moment you lay down, it’s like being on a cloud. It’s also in a convenient area with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and a nearby hospital. We loved it and definitely enjoyed our time there. The communication with our renter was always on point and she responded very quickly. We were very pleased with our stay!

Perfect Adult Retreat

We are several sisters vacationing and this was a great central location. There is no pool or waterfront, per se but that didn’t stop us from watching the dolphins several times, fishing in the canal! The home is newly furnished and could use a few more living room chairs, cushy swivel type for evening conversation, reading and tv watching. One of my sisters was concerned with the lack of blinds or curtains in the main room. We assume that because it is a newly renovated house that they perhaps are in the works. The kitchen and baths were beautiful and the lanai was just what we needed. Thank you!

Excellent location minutes to stores, restaurants and beaches

Very easy to go thru rental process, house is almost new, no problem at all. Very comfortable and clean.

While one of us grew up here, the other moved down from New Jersey in the early 2000's to escape the cold winters and enjoy an outdoor lifestyle almost 365 days a year. We LOVE the area of SWFL and think Cape Coral is one of the best places to live and vacation. This is our first vacation rental and we are excited for the opportunity to help create a wonderful vacation experience.
