The Neighborhood:

Located in North Myrtle Beach, about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Close to Barefoot Landing boasts over 100 unique shops and boutiques. Myrtle Beach Mall and a gigantic Tanger Outlet center are also a short drive away. The highlights of North Myrtle Beach are all nearby, with popular spots like Alligator Adventure or the House of Blues just around the corner. Head slightly north and you'll find yourself in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, with the Main Street area offering a fun sense of nostalgia and great local eateries and shops.

Christmas In Myrtle Beach

Our stay was Excellent and most of all to see the BIG SMILE on my mom face to have all her kid’s together for the holiday.

Family getaway

We went for a wedding vow renewal on the beach with family and friends and had a great time. The place was great and not far from the beach, about a 2 minute walk.

Great experience

House was really nice, great location, and worked well for all of us. We had a lot of us staying in the house, and there was plenty of room. There were some cosmetic issues, like closet doors needing repairs, sliding door slightly messed up, and then the pool table was missing a bunch of pool balls, but we still had no complaints. Most importantly, communication was very good. Would definitely recommend.

3rd year in a row staying here and it has consistently been going down hill. Walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING coming for your neighbors (music, walking up and down the stairs, normal talking, TV sounds, and unfortunately..."sexy time"). Broken kitchen cabinets, the majority of the towels we received were clean but still dirty (they were old with stains), very sterile in terms of decorating and making the rental feel "homey", had a ppol table which was great but every single pool cue was broken, toilets are loose and not proplerly secured to the floor so they rock when you attempt to use them, the hot tub was disgusting (filter pump didnt work and no pole skimmer on property). Finally, the smell. Not noticeable on the main floor but as you go up the residence the smell of mold/mildew continues to get worse and worse. This will definitely be our last stay here.

Regarding the towels, I offered to send new sets when you reached out, but I understand you declined. I will look into all the other concerns you've mentioned, including the condition of the pool cues, the toilets, the hot tub, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance issues. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us, and I will ensure these matters are addressed promptly. Thanksgiving 2024

The size of the property was great and the location and parking however the property itself needs work. The outlets in the bathroom on 1st and 3rd floor did not work. The jacuzzi did not work. One of the dryers did not work and the other dryer you had to shut it off before you could open it because it would continue to run. The over door did not properly shut, There was not utensil holder in the dishwasher nor a stopper for the sink. Need more kitchen towels, spatulas, new can opener-the one you have doesn't work. Kitchen is not set up for cooking a meal. Some of the dishes had to be washed before being able to use them. The 8th ball was missing from pooltable and the cue sticks were broken. Found can on 1st balcony with cigarette butts and ashes which you are not allowed to smoke on this property. Needs to be updated!

However, I’m disappointed to hear about the concerns you experienced during your stay. The only issue reported to me during your visit was the can with cigarette butts. Had I been made aware of the other concerns, I would have immediately sent maintenance to inspect and resolve them. I take your comments seriously and will ensure that the items mentioned are Inspected, including the kitchen setup, appliances, and pool table equipment.

Great place for our needs

I was away with 7 friends for a golf weekend. The location was perfect for us as the neighborhood was very quiet. Communication was okay. We had an issue with the icemakers. Neither one was working. The host offered to send maintenance, but it was difficult to communicate with the host through the VRBO app. at first I only got email notifications. The resolution was to drop off ice trays. Everything g else about our stay was great. We each had our own rooms. The place is across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and grocery stores. There is a pool table and Foosball table, which we did not use. The main room is quite large, so we were able to all hang out together to watch the ncaa tournament. The kitchen is a little small, so if you want help, it was difficult to get more than 2 people in the kitchen. Everything else was great. The place was clean, linens and towels were provided and there was sufficient glassware and dishes available.

Condo could be nice but needs some help

Dryer was broken, top floor master bedroom tub jets broken along with the seal to hold water. We had a small flood which used all our clean towels. Went to wash towels dryer didn’t heat up. All porch area indoor outdoor carpet was never vacuumed we looked for a vacuum cleaner in closets nothing. Kitchen poorly stocked, master bedroom had a bug problem where my husband and myself were eaten alive. Owner did respond to my messages however our main issue of the bugs didn’t get resolved we continued to be snack for bugs. There were random holes in ceiling and wall coverings missing from bathroom closets. My family did enjoy our time together I am just happy that the bugs didnt reach everyone else. Parking was a bit of a mess a few days because other guests not obeying restrictions. We did like the spiral stairs, the location was nice, check in was easy. I think I will go back to resorts and not booking through private owners. Headed home and will make a doctor appointment for all these bites. I would recommend another rental I am only posting honest truth. Wish I could upload pics for you to see.

Annual Family Trip!

- decent amount of space, enjoyed having private bathrooms - kitchen way too small for the size of the house - not enough silverware, plates or forks for whole house?? had to buy wine glasses - coffee maker was broken (keriug hard for multiple people) bought a coffee pot and left it there - asked several questions before and owner was not prompt, only quick to respond when she needed something - pool table didn't work which was a bummer (balls got stuck, not pockets but one like at a bar that take them) - house worked for what we needed and not a bad view! just some things didn't work and needed to buy more than we thought
