Beautiful newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2 bath in a quiet residential home on Lake Dunlap (the dam broke in May 2019 so the lake is low but good news, the dam has been repaired and the lake is expected to fill up by Summer 2023, at which point the lake will be more conducive to swimming). Photos taken April of 2022 reflect the water level at that time. Wonderful, covered back patio with comfy seating, private pool, propane grill, 2 kayaks (life jackets not provided) and 2 decks on the docks for your enjoyment. The top deck has a dining table with 8 chairs and a propane fire pit. A great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee. This home is only 5 miles to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn and the Comal River! Fenced in back yard for your fur friends! 2 dogs under 40 lbs. allowed. $25 per day per pet.

Unwind in the comfortable living room with Free WIFI and cable TV. The living room has a sofa sleeper for 2 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table with seating for 6. There are 3 bar stools at the kitchen island. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV and en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and walk in shower. Lovely, covered porch off the master with pool and lake views. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have cable TV. The guest bathroom is conveniently located between the 2 guests’ bedrooms. Washer and dryer available. This house sleeps 8. This property has room for 4 vehicles. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property.

NO Smoking, NO parties. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. Family friendly home with no tolerance for bad behavior. This house has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $3000.
