Our kid-friendly and pet-friendly residence was thoughtfully designed for the entire family. We have a pack-n-play and highchair for infants and toddlers and pet bowls and treat containers for your fur babies. Also available for your enjoyment are coolers, beach equipment, a fishing wagon, a regular wagon, and adult and youth bicycles. There is an assortment of games for the whole family to enjoy, including a ping pong table. This spacious getaway also features luxe amenities like a community pool and private beach overlooking Perdido Bay. The main level features an open floor plan encompassing a living area equipped with a Smart TV offering cable and streaming options for enjoying your favorite movies or shows. A sofa sleeper provides extra sleeping options. The dining area boasts seating for six at the table and an additional four at the bar, complemented by a well-equipped kitchen. A convenient half bath completes this level.

Upstairs, the spacious king suite includes a sitting area and private bathroom. The large ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity, bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, including cable and streaming options for your entertainment, and high-speed fiber optic internet is available throughout the home.

The garage accommodates two vehicles, and additional parking is available in the driveway. Also located in the garage are a few items you can use to enjoy your beach excursions. The following items are available for your use while staying at the property: coolers, beach equipment, a fishing wagon, a regular wagon, and bicycles. We make these extras available to our guests to add to the enjoyment of their stay. Please use them as intended to avoid damage or breakage, and ensure all items are returned to their proper place before departing.

Situated near the Canal and just minutes from the pristine white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, our property in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama, promises an abundance of enjoyment. **Please note, we allow up to 2 pets, and the pet fee is $250.00. We do not allow aggressive breeds of any kind. Violators will be subject to eviction without notice or refund.**

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Stars' highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new guests arrive. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties, our cleaners work for Gold Star, and we assign each staff member to the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. We launder all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and follow specialized processes. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

For convenient beach access, we recommend exploring Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access or Coastal Orange Beach Public Beach Access, both situated within a short 3-mile radius of this property.
