*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.
*COMPLEX AMENITIES: 2 Outdoor Pools, 1 Kiddie Pool, & Clubhouse with restrooms by pool, High Speed, Fiber Internet
*GOLF CARTS/ LOW SPEED VEHICLES: This property is located approximately 1/2 mile from the beach. The Association allows renters to rent golf carts from their approved vendor, Island Carts, LLC. Personal golf carts or low speed vehicles (LSV) are prohibited!
*PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles. Your vehicles must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. The Rookery III has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to two (2) parking pass per reservation. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.
*PETS: This property IS NOT pet friendly! Any evidence of a pet on site will result in fines or possible eviction.
*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.
*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

The Royal Merchant is the perfect spot for your family vacation or quick weekend getaway! Located in the heart of the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, The Rookery III is a nature lover's paradise.
This newly built three bedroom/ two bath unit offers plenty of room for your vacation. The large kitchen is stocked with all the cookware needed for lunch or dinner, as well as stainless appliances. The living room offers a leather sofa & loveseat, easy chair, & television. The screened porch, which offers outdoor seating, is accessible from the living room, and is a great space for enjoying outdoors, without having to battle the elements.
The Primary Bedroom features King bedding, a television, and private bathroom, which is fully stocked with linens for your stay. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed while the third bedroom, or 'Kids Nook', has two Queen Beds & Bunks, capable of sleeping 6. Each bedroom offers spacious closets and chests for storing your personal belongings. Both Guest Bedrooms share a bathroom, which is accessed from both the living area and Kids Nook.
The complex offers 2 pools and a kiddie is only minutes from the sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico!
