BLUE MANGO -- Tropical Seclusion Steps from the Beach

2025 RENOVATION will be completed Feb 2026. This includes new decks and railings; many new windows and doors; complete interior and exterior painting as well as a conversion of our twin bedroom (located in the lower level). We now have a beautiful built in bunk room that has 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. With this change in the bedrooms, we will be able to sleep 14 once completed. The owner is a member of the Island Club. If you would like access to use the club amenities (Bikes, Kayaks and large pool), there is a $75 charge required. Upon arrival you will need to stop at the Island Club office to register and pay. This is an Island Club policy. It is optional. If you do not register, you can still go to the smaller pool and pool bar/restaurant.

**DETAILED DESCRIPTION**

Only 100 feet from a 4-mile stretch of white sand beach, BLUE MANGO offers a very private, beautifully landscaped home nestled in the palms. This is a multi-level home with a private pool and abundant decks.

The charming bottom level is separate from the main house and features 2 bedrooms and one large bathroom. French doors enter into each of the 2 bedrooms and open onto a large, private deck. The kitchen has granite counter tops and the necessary appliances (fridge, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker) with an outdoor Weber gas BBQ by the pool. There is a cozy living room with a Smart TV and books for you and your kids to enjoy, a quaint dining nook, and a screened porch overlooking the tropical backyard.

On the upper level, you will find a beautiful vaulted living room with plenty of seating for your entire group. A Smart TV and a cupboard full of your favourite boardgames and puzzles will provide hours of fun. A cozy daybed is the perfect spot to curl up and enjoy a good book. The beautiful, open concept kitchen comes equipped with all your appliances, dishes and essential spices as well as washer and dryer. Your whole family can enjoy meals in the separate, lovely dining room that seats 10 and includes a highchair and booster chair. The three bedrooms on the upper level each have their own bathroom. And with three playpens, there are plenty of sleeping options for your little ones. And don't forget the lookout deck up top where you can enjoy beautiful ocean sunsets and nightly stargazing.

All bathrooms are stocked with towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The two kitchens are stocked with dish towels, hand soap, dish soap, and scrub sponge.

Our home comes with private membership to the amenities available at The Island Club of North Captiva. With this membership, you have access to two swimming pools, hot tub, basketball court and kayaks - all at no additional cost.

North Captiva Island is where world-class fishing, boating, shelling, and sunsets await you! North Captiva is a true barrier island, separated from the mainland by a 25-minute boat ride. No cars are allowed on the island so transportation is by golf cart or bicycles. While North Captiva is remote and secluded, that doesn’t mean you have to be completely disconnected. We offer unlimited WiFi as well as Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, Sonos Sound System, and DVD player. Connect or disconnect… it’s up to you.

With Blue Mango, you will have no worries with a NEW professional management team that works and lives ON ISLAND. Allow them to assist you with coordinating your flight and ferry schedule to assure you aren’t left wasting away your vacation sitting on the pier waiting on your ride. You will receive a welcome packet upon booking, and they will be available to you for making any arrangements or answering any questions. In addition, our staff will be at the marina to greet you when you arrive to escort you and your belongings to your tropical paradise. They will help you get acquainted with your new home and answer any questions you may have before leaving you to finally sink your toes into the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

MOST OF THE ISLAND IS A WILDLIFE SANCTUARY AND OUR BEACH IS AN UNBROKEN RIBBON OF WHITE SAND WHERE SOME OF THE BEST SHELLING IN NORTH AMERICA IS FOUND.

Enjoy the world's best Tarpon and Snook fishing. Fire up the barbecue and cook your catch under the stars, or enjoy one of the island’s fine restaurants.

Exploring is a favorite past time. Try the nearby island of Cayo Costa, have lunch at Cabbage Key (a turn-of-the-century hotel, think "Cheeseburger in Paradise"), or shop on Sanibel or Boca Grande. FIND YOUR OWN PERSONAL BIT OF PARADISE.
