Luxury house with a pool with + no chores!

No Chores! Beautiful property with fully remodeled interiors and approximately 3100 sqft of living space. The house offers five spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area, a living room, comfortable laundry space, and spaces with additional access through the kitchen for convenience. A large patio with a gorgeous pool and space to gather with family and friends for a BBQ.
We offer 2 couches and 2 air mattresses

Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am

Residence in the exclusive neighborhood of Garden Hills in Guaynabo. Only 15-20 minutes from the airport and the beach.
Five bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms with plenty of space for a large family or group of friends. The house is all about entertainment with a large patio and gorgeous pool.

We have neighbors on the back patio, and we want to be respectful with them; for that reason,n it’s strictly prohibited to make any loud noise after 9:00 pm. No loud music, screaming, or shouting of any kind.
Please let`s be considerate of neighbors.
Neighbors will not hesitate to call the police, and we have to avoid that.

Please be aware that Puerto Rico, like many islands in the Caribbean, occasionally experiences interruptions to utilities such as electricity, water, and internet. These outages are beyond our control and can happen at any time. While we will do everything possible to make your stay comfortable, we cannot be held responsible for service interruptions, and refunds will not be issued for outages.
We have solar panels to help with the power, but unfortunately, there`s nothing we can do about the water or internet

Guests will have access to the whole house. The house is designed to offer our guests comfort and all the space the family needs to relax.

The Livingroom has 2 large couches, and we offer 2 twin-size air mattresses

Parking is inside the gate

This house has been completely remodeled and we have taken care of all the details to offer our guests all they possibly want or need for a memorable vacation in Puerto Rico. Some of the best restaurants in Puerto Rico are within 5 minutes; we recommend Bottles and Wilo.

The house has a camera on the front door and one in the backyard facing the pool

2 Pets under 60 pounds each are allowed for a fee. Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.
Unfortunately, we can not host cats
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm

Check-out time is at 12:00 am

NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.

PETS: Pets are allowed.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.

Maximum occupancy of 14 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors.

Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed

Events will be approved at the discretion of the owners or management and will only be allowed 25 guests maximum including the guests staying at the house
