Maui Kamaole #K-207 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath recently remodeled unit. Located in a quiet location, this unit is steps to communal BBQ's, and beautiful upper pool. Enjoy meals inside in your fully stocked kitchen! Stay cool with fully air-conditioned (split system) or the ocean trade winds. The master bedroom has a comfortable California King bed, en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, and a private patio with Haleakala Views. The guest bedroom has a California King Bed, and there is a Queen Sofa Bed in the living room. Sleeps up to 6 guests. Additionally, there are ceiling fans throughout, a washer/dryer in unit, digital cable, and free Wi-Fi. Please note: This unit is on the second floor, with no elevator available. A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The famous Kamaole Beach III is just across the street from the upscale Maui Kamaole. This property features lush tropical landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world-famous for their pristine water, long sandy shoreline, and great snorkeling. In addition, during the winter, the humpback whales are just offshore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. Sleeps 6.

Beautiful condo in great location

This condo was perfect for our family! Very clean, nice size and great location close to beaches and restaurants in Kihei. Stay here - you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing condo!

The condo is very comfortable and has everything that you could possibly need. It's spacious, comfortable, and decorated nicely. The location to the pool was excellent and a nice alternative to the beach. We enjoyed out stay very much and would recommend it to everyone.

Best Place to Stay!

Perfect place to stay in Maui! Large enough for our whole family. Had plenty of ocean gear which was wonderful! Thank you for the ease and help to get us all situated. Managers and owners all very nice!

Wonderful stay!!

We absolutely love the stay in the condo, which makes our vacation 100% more fun! Place is clean, spacious and very Hawaiian style! We are steps to the pool that the kids love to swim and play in everyday while we were there. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all the supplies we need. Will definitely come back in the next visit to Maui!

Perfect for our family getaway

We loved this rental. Very comfortable layout and furniture, and peaceful location in the complex right next to the nicest pool. There was plenty of snorkel equipment to choose from, and a great setting for the lanai. Such fun swimming with sea turtles every day! We would love to return.

Great stay at K207 Maui Kamaole

We loved our stay at this Condo in Maui. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed. It has a great location right by the upper pool and the parking spot is right by as well. It was very roomy with a wonderful lanai! Would definitely go back to this condo. Highly recommended. W+D J from Canada

Nice relaxing place

This condo is a nice size - plenty of room to lounge in family room or on the back lanai. Beautiful sunsets can be seen on lanai. We used the bbq area for one night which was clean. The pool was a nice size & we loved the jacuzzi. Daily walks down town or too the beach was nice. We will be back again for sure.

Great condo in Maui

We really enjoyed our stay at Douglas's condo. The condo was just as pictured on the vrbo website. It is very close to the nicest pool at the condo complex and within walking distance of the Kameola beaches. The condo was spacious and comfortable for a family of four and we appreciated the beach supplies provided (boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc). We would definitely recommend Douglas's place.

Good view of sunset and well appointed

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was well appointed and very close to the upper pool. It took about 10 minutes to walk through the property to the beach. The property is designed so that each condo has a private feel on the lanai. The owner communicated well and was helpful.

Clean and well appointed unit

The owner Doug made everything seem easy. One glitch with online registration was easily fixed and quickly. Will look to stay here again. Proximity to upper pool and bbq options and the distance to the beach is a highlight of this pod

Beautiful property!

We had a great stay at Douglas' condo. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a nice goody bag waiting for us and tons of beach gear to used. Even though we had some issues with one of the wall AC units at check in, it was taken care of the same day. And the property manager checked in with us the following day to confirm everything was ok. We had an overall pleasant stay!

Perfect condo!

We are regular visitors to Maui, and have become very picky in booking a property due to some past bad experiences. We chose well with this one! We love Maui Kamaole for its low density and low rise architecture. This condo has everything we needed and was updated extensively. We had a lovely stay and were very comfortable. You could not go wrong choosing this property!!!

Great location, Great view, Great Condo

Our family of four greatly enjoyed our nine night stay in this unit. It was our third trip to Maui. The condo was very clean, well stocked and conveniently located near the upper pool area (which we used daily). We found the condo to be very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the towels and sheets were fresh and clean. The beach supply closet was well stocked with everything you could use at the beach including a nice cooler that we used daily on our outings to keep our waters cold. I would highly recommend this condo unit to anyone.

GREAT TIMES AND MEMORIES!!

Thank you Debbie and Doug for making your unit available. This was our 8th trip to Maui and staying at the Kamaole. It was our first time at K207 and we found it to be fantastic. We loved the proximity to the upper pool with the view of the pool and garden area not to mention the peek a boo view of the ocean. The last evening we were able to sit on the lanai having dinner and witnessing a fantastic sunset! We had our kids and grandchildren for the first 12 days and all had a very enjoyable time. Without hesitation we would recommend this to any friends and family.

Paradise

We had a wonderful time at Doug and Debbie's great condo. Everything was as advertised , bright and we felt right at home . There is a peekaboo view of the ocean from the big lanai and lots of beach supplies in the closet. The beds are all comfortable and the air conditioning works great, although we didn't need to use it much, as when both doors are open a nice breeze filters thru the condo. The location in the condo is bonus; close to the prettier upper pool and close to the parking spot. Doug was easy to contact and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo.

The property is great and close to the pool and grills.

Our only downside is the noise restrictions as we have twin 4-year old boys. We were having to constantly remind them to not jump in the second floor unit and disturb the downstairs resident. The pool also has noise and toy restrictions, which isn’t much fun for young children. The place is great for adults but not very child-friendly. We ended up staying away from the unit as much as we could to run the boys and not cause problems.

One of our best vacations ever!

This condo was perfect! It was exactly as described and we will definitely be back to this unit. The owners have decorated it so nicely, they have very good taste. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were nice. I am a flight attendant and used to a certain level of comfort after staying in so many upscale hotels, and this was exactly what I have come to expect. The Maui Kamaole complex is a perfect location. Across the street from one of the nicest beaches in Maui and literally a minute from Wailea. The complex is beautifully landscaped and this unit is directly across from the pool and hot tub. It was so easy to just walk out and relax in the hot tub every night. The complex was very kid-friendly and there were a lot of other families. There are three lanais and every amenity you could want. Just like being at home. This kids enjoyed the xbox and dvd. The check in packet included coupons and a discount card to the grocery store. The unit was SPOTLESSLY clean. I would highly recommend renting this condo. I was a bit nervous, as renting from VRBO is a bit of a leap of faith, but everything was exactly as pictured. I loved that everything was organized and labeled so well (In the closets, there are labels for which linens are which, and how much laundry detergent to use, etc.) Thanks so much for letting us share your beautiful home!

Wonderful Condo, location, and beach toys

We could not have been happier with this condo. The pictures really do not it justice -- the kitchen and bathrooms are all modern and clean. Unlike so many VRBO condos, the decor is not cluttered and tacky - it was clean and had a few tasteful decorations. While Kihei is not the prettiest area as far as architecture and jungle, etc, it has the most sunshine and the condo is walkable to the most swimmable beaches. We spent most of our time on the Makena beaches because they had a great mix of waves and snorkeling for the kiddos . There are plenty of restaurants , ice cream and shops within walking distance, and a short drive to local markets. The condo had some boogie boards, towels and a ton of snorkeling equipment and even life jacket. The kitchen was well appointed (like most VRBOs, the knives needed sharpening, but who cares) and the hosts were very helpful. Initial contact was a little rough, and there was no in-person check in, but these little hiccups have more to do with the COVID precautions and changes than anything else, and in the end things went very smoothly. The pool was great and not very busy, and this Condo is right next to the pool. The only complaint about the condo was that the loft did not have a door, so there is not the amount of privacy that a couple might like, but we found that his design is common throughout 2 bedroom condos in Hawaii. The internet was strong enough for one student to be streaming on zoom, but not for two streamers at once. We would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful Maui

Had a great stay. Location was good in terms of amentities on property as well as quietness. Was kind of hoping to be within more walkable distance of Kamaole III - that hill is deceiving, hard to walk up with gear. Otherwise, Kihei and the condo were great for what we needed. Very close by car to all the shops and restaurants that Kihei has to offer. Also close to Wailea. As for the condo itself, clean and spacious. Fit our family perfectly. Lots of pro like the lanais and the big kitchen with everything you need to cook. There were also cons though. One not within the control of the owners. First morning there, was startled awake by smoke detector beeping at 5:45am in the master. Called the 24 Vacasa hotline. Property maintenence not there until 8am. Did not return to sleep waiting up for them. Maintenance did not arrive until 1pm for a key issue and 3pm for the smoke detector. Again not the owner's fault but definitely something the maintenance needs to figure out. Finally, there was also a runny toilet in the 2nd bedroom. Just a heads up. Didn't bother us too much but is probably wasting water. Minor problems which did not overshadow how great our vacation was. Thanks for the wonderful stay! Also very close to Waulea. us.
