This modern condo is located in a coastal community where you can relax and enjoy the coastal lifestyle. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, two queen beds, and a Murphy bed that sleeps two more guests. The private balcony offers breathtaking views of the ocean. There's also a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi on the 10th floor that you can enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay...

Me and my daughter was amazed from the time we walked in the view was amazing and when inhad issues with certain things. I got a response in no time. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was the balcony door. We kept having issues closing it all the way but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves and will be using Vrbo again. Thank you for your hospitality ☺️

Disappointed in the property manager, rental company, & VRBO for using customers like this

Boy, do I wish I saw the previous review prior to booking our trip! There are so many similarities that it’s scary. We booked for two nights, but ended up leaving midday after the first night due to unresolved issues and a dirty, nonworking apartment. Within the first 30 minutes of our arrival, I reached out to big fish rentals to let them know about how the room stunk, our towels smelled like smoke, and how the kitchen lights were not working (meaning no switch would turn them on and we were making dinner in the dark). I received one response from big fish rentals asking me to reset the breaker box, which I told them I already did with no luck. I called back the next morning after I reached out a second time and they were completely rude. After a third call, I told them we were checking out a night early and leaving due to all of the issues. We were then offered extra towels and maintenance, but at that point we were already packed and heading out. I had high hopes for this stay and really wish that with all of the rules and guidelines set by them, they would take responsibility and set similar standards for themselves. It’s a real shame. Also, just as a note, I reached out to the owner and essentially told that even though big fish rentals had waited until we notified them of our early check out, they still changed the light bulbs and provided extra towels so it was our loss. I also reached out to VRBO and I was told that there was nothing they could do. Please do not book with this company and save yourself time and major headaches!

The place was horribly dirty. The towels and sheets were dirty and smelled smoke. It needs repairs.

Very disappointing and stressful! The place smelled like mold and mildew. It needs heavy cleaning badly. Door to the balcony is almost impossible to open. We had to sleep on our beach towels because the sheets were soiled. The kitchen was dirty and items were very disorganized. The bathroom was the dirtiest and stinkiest place we have ever been. The couch was very smelly and dusty. Customer service was very poor, did not get responses from the host whenever we emailed. Inventory listed by the host did not match the inventory in the property. Rental agreement was very lengthy and unpleasant. Excessive annoying reminders and excessive prohibitions of “this and that” “or you will be charged” - sounds very distrustful and overbearing. We have never encountered a host like this before. We had to clean the place instead of relaxing 😞.

Don't do it

If you have allergies to mold and mildew, don't rent this room/condo. We thought, due to the many emails we received about rules & security deposit charges, that the room was well maintained and clean. Boy were we wrong! First night we found dirty towels and clothes from the previous guests in the bathroom. Contacted management and the bathroom was cleaned the second day. We started feeling poorly the second day, coughing, stuffy nose, etc. When we went into the broom/trash closet to take out our trash, we found black mold all over the inside of the trash can under the bag & all in the corner of the closet. We ended up leaving one night early even though we'd paid for a full 3 nights stay. It wasn't worth sleeping there again. The room is rundown and dirty. I don't know what cleaning company they use but they need to fire them. They also need to spend a day doing basic maintenance and replace broken items. So many simple fixes need to be done, like replacing the missing curtain and replacing the broken lamp, painting the many dirty and scrapped spots on the walls. So disappointed in this place. I only give it 2 stars because of the pools and beach access, which is honestly provided by the Monterey Bay hotel, not this rental company. Check in was easy and one parking spot is included but it's not worth it. Just book with the actual hotel instead.

I've loved Myrtle Beach since I was a child. My family and I would come here on vacation every summer, and those trips left an indelible mark on me. We're fortunate to now live near Myrtle Beach, and when we started looking for investment properties, it was a natural choice. We were drawn to the affordable oceanfront properties, as well as the amenities like pools, hot tubs, and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. We also love the tropical ambiance of the palm trees around the pool area, which allows us to escape without venturing too far from home. Our condo is a special place for us, and we hope it will be for you as well. We're committed to making sure your vacation is perfect, and welcome your feedback on how we can improve your experience.

We loved the beachfront view from this condo the first time we visited! The view is even better than the pictures show. Our young child really enjoys the pools and the beach area. We can't wait to come back!

This resort has a variety of pools and hot tubs for your enjoyment. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub on the oceanfront deck. Inside, there is an indoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pools, and another hot tub. For those who like to stay fit, there is a well-equipped gym. Parking is available on site.
