Hi Jose, Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the cabin did not meet your expectations during your stay. Providing a clean and comfortable experience for our guests is extremely important to us, and we take comments like yours seriously. We have shared your feedback with our cleaning team and are reviewing our processes to ensure this does not happen again. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and wish we would have had the opportunity to address any concerns during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear everything was exactly as described and that you loved the condition of the cabin. Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay didn't meet expectations. Cleanliness and guest experience are extremely important to us, and we take concerns like yours seriously. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, including the linens, hot tub, TV remotes, dishwasher, and overall housekeeping. Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the cabin did not meet your expectations. When you contacted us during your stay, we responded immediately by having our property manager visit the cabin to address any concerns. (Nothing could be pointed out as not being cleaned). While your reservation did not qualify for a refund under VRBO cancellation policy, we chose to provide one because guest satisfaction is important to us. Regarding the mountain views, our listing includes professional photos and a detailed description of the property so guests can accurately understand the setting before booking.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! We're thrilled you and your girls enjoyed your stay in Tennessee. We're glad the beds were comfortable and that everyone loved the game room and pool area. Sorry about the porch — pollen can be tough to stay ahead of this time of year. We'll work on keeping that area cleaner between guests. And as for Woody the woodpecker… he’s a regular around here! We’re happy you still had a great time and would love to host your family again soon. Best regards, Bear Tracks!

Thank you Ruth! We very much enjoyed hosting you and are looking forward to your next stay!

Thank you for staying with us at Bear Tracks Molly!

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the cabin upon your arrival. Unfortunately, there was a scheduling error with our cleaning team, and the cabin had not been serviced after the previous guests checked out. Once we were made aware of the issue, we immediately contacted our cleaners and had them return to prepare the cabin and make things right. While we're disappointed this happened, we're glad we were able to resolve the situation and that you ultimately enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to host you.
