This spacious 3BR/3.5BA townhome presents a luxe interior spanning 1,883 square feet that is within a 10-minute stroll of the beach.
INSIDE THE TOWNHOUSE
Upstairs, the main living area features gorgeous hardwood flooring. The living area is furnished with leather seating for five and a 40” flat-screen TV.
In the kitchen, classic cabinetry and granite countertops gleam. Stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove/oven and dishwasher, serve your every culinary need, along with plenty of countertop equipment. Enjoy meals at the six-seat dining table, or gather around the breakfast countertop with seating for four.
Throw open the doors to the patio and enjoy crisp breezes; there’s a second patio on the other side, too.
Up another flight of stairs, you’ll find 2 master suites. The first master bedroom is on the left, with a king-size bed, desk, and TV. There’s an en-suite bathroom with a granite double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.
In the second bedroom, a queen-size bed and TV. There’s an en-suite bathroom with a granite vanity and tub/shower combo.
The third bedroom is on the lower level and furnished with two twin-over-full bunk beds and a 40” flat-screen, perfect for the kids.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.
LOCATION
Located on nearest canal to Packery Channel and located on Lake Padre. Townhome is part of gated community. Complex has community swimming pool and two common boat slips provided free. Along with two decks with sun loungers and two outdoor cabana kitchens/grill areas. Fish from piers at the property marina area or sit back and watch sea turtles that feed on the moss that grows on the rocks at Packery Channel (you don’t need a boat to enjoy). Also located within a 10-minute stroll of the beach, you can make the most of the Texas sunshine in a casual environment.
North Padre Island has a plethora of water sports to choose from, from windsurfing to yachting, so if being on the water is your idea of bliss, you’ll have plenty of options. Drive 15 minutes to Wind & Wave to rent a kayak and paddle out. Golf carts are available for rent on the island for getting around.
No dog(s) welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.

Home away from home
The place was so pretty and clean. I love how close it is to the beach and the bay plus it has a beautiful pool to relax in. The condo was so perfect for my family. I love that every bedroom had their own bathrooms. They had everything you needed to make a meal such as pita, pans etc… thank you we loved it!!!

Very enjoyable place
Everything was great except need to replace grills at the pool area. Neither worked very well, had to work on it each time to get to work.
Needs a hot tub to help heat the pool. Other than that great and great fishing and beach access close.

Family fishing trip and get together
This is a beautiful property, close to the beach and close to Packery channel and the jetty. The kitchen is well stocked. My sister in law and myself brought lots of stuff for cooking (large pots, strainers, measuring cups, ect) and all that stuff was already there. The dock area has construction going on so it’s not usable right now, but the pool is really nice. It was very clean and had plenty of room for six adults. We will definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning
The condo Owner would turn up the air conditioning because of the Nest thermostat!!!! 75 degrees was BS
What was with the Google device over the nightstand in the master bedroom? Not sure what the heck it was! I would pay extra dollars not to jack with the air conditioning and wake up to a hot room or come back from the beach to 75 degrees.

So overall, the property was clean. The only thing is on the ad stated has two car garages, which, in reality it only had one that if you have a truck, it will not fit in it only for a small cars or small SUVs wasn’t aware of that, and if it don’t fit in garage, you have to park it outside the gate along the street or it cannot be seen from condo. Also in the master bedroom has a garden tub, which doesn’t work water comes out, but the pumps do not turn on the shower is nice standup just the knob. You have to be turning it and turning it for the water to get hot doesn’t stay steady kind of a pain in the butt. And the bottom room where the bunkbeds are it’s pretty hot in there. I know there are two fans, but if the fan isn’t blowing on you, that room is hot and the Wi-Fi is real laggy. Can’t even watch TV work for five minutes and didn’t work for the rest of the stay

Loved this property very clean and plenty of room for everyone had everything we needed and more also loved the garage especially for the rainy days:)
