Great location right on the beach! The property was clean, safe, and we enjoyed our stay overall. It was a bit pricey considering the building is somewhat outdated, but the beachfront location definitely made up for some of that. Overall, a good stay!

Unit was nice, decor is a little dated. Drying your clothes was a challenge, had to dry 2-3 times before they completely dry Loved the top floor view

Great getaway

Overall I would recommend this property. It was so cute and quaint but still plenty of room. I love the fact that each room has its own bathroom. It makes everyone getting ready for dinner at the same time much easier. A great surprise was how short the walk was from the building’s pool area to the beach. It’s literally a few steps! I would definitely stay here again!

Strict umbrella and tent .

Overall property was great! Tents and umbrellas larger than a 7x7 are not allowed. Not a lot of beach front.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our first trip to Gulf Shores. The location of the condo was great! The elevator was not busy at all.I think the condo could definitely use some updates - mostly the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has paint peeling from the shower surround. The vents in the bathrooms do need cleaned as well.Overall - it was a great stay and we would recommend this property.

Quality family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 adults and 3 littles - Everything was as well-done as it could be. Starting with several weeks prior to our arrival and after we left. There was a good amount of communication throughout. The check in/check out process was very easy. The condo itself was perfect for us. Great view, great location, and will certainly review this option the next time we visit.

The gulf is amazing but I would not stay in this condo again. The first day the dryer was loud and then the second day it stopped working. Maintenance was called right away and I was told a third party company was coming to fix it but no one ever showed up. We packed light and no one had enough clothes to last (there was 6 of us) all week. The dishwasher lid for the pod was broken and wouldn’t stay closed so we also had to hand wash dishes. The elevator broke for several hours so we also had to walk up 9 flights of stairs multiple times. The hot tubs are not hot tubs. They are kiddie pools. The bathroom is very cramped in one of the big rooms and the shower curtain rod fell and knocked the cover to the vent fan off.. the community grills suck and they won’t let you bring your own. It took over an hour to cook pork chops. They also don’t supply the guests with anything except a tiny bottle of Palmolive and one roll per bathroom of one ply toilet paper. The railing outside is also chipping concrete and it is a little loose.

Family Vacation 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only contact with property managers is through text messaging; not personal contact. Condo was unlocked when we arrived, key pad lock did not work . This was reported immediately, not repaired until night before we left (we did have keys). Dryer did not work properly-took too long to dry.

Great rental, but needs minor tweaks

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great unit with a beautiful view! It was clean and very spacious. The only improvements I recommend are in the kitchen. The kitchen utensils were pretty worse for wear. Many were either partially melted/damaged and so flimsy that it was hard to flip pancakes. Also, the keurig coffee maker did not work. Other than those few things, we were very satisfied!

Family vacation

Definitely smaller than expected. And a little more run down as well. Things that could easily be fixed. Small hole in wall, blinds in master and in middle room were broken, broken toilet tank lid, paint peeling in shower and on ceiling. No stopper for bathtub in master and water pressure in there was not good. No counter space in that bathroom either. Location was great! Right on the beach and not far from the mall, water park, or dining. First day there I tried to make coffee in the Keurig but it didn’t work. Within 30 minutes after contacting host, management brought a brand new one to the room. We did get a violation for leaving something outside of our door when the rules did not say that was not allowed and also the agreement we signed didn’t specify that either so I feel like that should be included somewhere if you get a violation for it. Overall I probably wouldn’t book here again but I also don’t regret staying here either.

Nice place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Gulf Shores. We have plenty of rental experiences at other destinations, so we had a specific expectation in mind. The pictures were well represented for the property. The place was clean when we arrived and we appreciated the complimentary items to get us started in our stay. We took pictures of any general wear and tear to the rental and sent them right away to the company and they said they would take care of it. The staff were all friendly and all needs were addressed promptly. The elevator in the building stopped working the night before we left so we called the on-call maintenance line. Someone was out to look at it within 20 to 30 minutes, and it was in working condition when we needed it in the morning. The couch and beds were comfortable and the rental overall felt warm and inviting. There were minor mechanical issues (some of the electrical outlets could use an update, and the dryer took way longer than it should've to dry clothes) These things did not deter us from having an amazing time! We would definitely use Gulf Shores Rentals again!

2022 Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on the beach. Security was friendly and was a seen every day of our visit making rounds throughout the pool and garage areas. If you want shade at the pool area bring an umbrella as they only have chairs. Our condo was not clean as the floors was dirty,I found trash under the edge of the chair in the living room and bedside table in the bedroom. We loved the convinces of having 3 bathrooms. One bedroom was noticeably warmer and didn’t cook very well. The couch/hide a bed was broke down and needs replaced. The mattresses need to be replaced.
