Victorian charm meets modern elegance in this newly-renovated shoreside home. Built in 1885 and fully renovated in 2022, this impeccable shore-side home comes complete for your stay with: high speed WIFI, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and so much more. Multiple spaces available throughout the home for relaxation and gatherings; from the wrap-around front porch to kitchen island with ample seating and a full dining room for more formal affairs. Spend your days at the beach (only 1 mile away from the property) and unwind the evenings in the large, private backyard, we allowed small no-shouting dogs. Home includes outside shower, 6 beach chairs, 4 Manasquan Beach Badges

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay! The kitchen was great for cooking all the fixings, and the home is cozy and warm. Jim and Jane are friendly and available for any questions. Manasquan is a cute little town!!

Wedding Guest Weekend

Our group stayed here for a wedding in Silver Lake, and this property was perfect for the purpose. Extremely well stocked, close to restaurants and shops and very walkable. Hosts were communicative and knowledgeable. house was stacked with everything that you could have needed!

Great Property!

House was clean and beautiful with a fantastic location - walkable to everything downtown. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly with answers to our questions. Great stay, very accurate to the listing, steps away from Main Street. Was a great fall getaway, and the house was exactly as advertised. Jim and Jane were extremely knowledgeable about the area and helpful. Would rent again.

Beautiful historic home in downtown Manasquan.

The centrally located home allowed us to walk to nice eateries and shop. The home is well appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the owners were easy and they were very generous to our wants and needs. It was a lovely stay for my small family.

Perfect house

This house was perfect it was clean and updated and looked even better than then pictures! The owners were super nice and answered any and all questions quickly. I would highly recommend staying at this house it is close to everything!

Great Stay!

The owner, Jim, was fantastic to work with. Check-in and out couldn’t have been easier. The house is lovely, clean and well stocked. We especially loved the beautiful, well-kept gardens. Excellent location to walk into town for breakfast, pharmacy and shopping. We look forward to returning!

5 Stars - Perfect Getaway Rain or Shine!

We absolutely loved our stay!! The house was the perfect mix of cozy and spacious- beautifully maintained inside and out and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials! There were games, books and relaxing chairs both on the front porch and the back deck which we used as much as possible!!! It was a super easy walk to restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc. There were also bikes and beach accessories ready to go if you are up for that. You can really tell the hosts put a ton of care into every detail . HIGHLY recommend and we can't wait to go back!!! :)

Jim and Jane have a fantastic property right off downtown Manasquan. The house is clean, the rooms are nice, the town is great. Jim is very communicative when needed, he let us know about all amenities at the house and in the area. I would highly recommend this property to all friends and family.

The perfect Jersey shore home for a mid to large sized group of people!

Our group was extremely satisfied with the overall look, feel, and comfort of this Manasquan home. The home was clean and perfectly furnished. Jane and her husband have owned multiple shore properties for decades along the neighbouring Manasquan towns, including properties in Spring Lake, Point Pleasant, Normandy Beach, Seaside Park and Lavalette. In this latest renovation project, their goal was to bring a sleek, modern ambiance to this historic Victorian home. With a bit of work and a lot of vision/experience, they've turned this timeless home into the ultimate shore space, with open concept elements and fully modern amenities, while also keeping the core structure and key charms (stained glass windows, original hardware and trademark hardwood floors) fully in tact.
