Built in 1885 and fully renovated in 2022, this impeccable shore-side home comes complete for your stay with: high speed WIFI, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and so much more. Multiple spaces available throughout the home for relaxation and gatherings; from the wrap-around front porch to kitchen island with ample seating and a full dining room for more formal affairs. Spend your days at the beach (only 1 mile away from the property) and unwind the evenings in the large, private backyard, we allowed small no-shouting dogs. Incredible property & lovely stay!

The house exceeded our expectations! The house was incredibly clean and we loved the decor of the home. A great location in walking distance to the cute downtown area. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Manasquan!

5 Stars - Perfect Getaway Rain or Shine!

We absolutely loved our stay!! The house was the perfect mix of cozy and spacious- beautifully maintained inside and out and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials! There were games, books and relaxing chairs both on the front porch and the back deck which we used as much as possible!!! It was a super easy walk to restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc. There were also bikes and beach accessories ready to go if you are up for that. You can really tell the hosts put a ton of care into every detail . HIGHLY recommend and we can't wait to go back!!! :)

Great Property!

House was clean and beautiful with a fantastic location - walkable to everything downtown. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly with answers to our questions. Beds were comfortable and there were more than enough towels for everyone in our group. Lovey property - highly recommend!

Beautiful historic home in downtown Manasquan.

The centrally located home allowed us to walk to nice eateries and shop. The home is well appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the owners were easy and they were very generous to our wants and needs. It was a lovely stay for my small family.

Perfect house

This house was perfect it was clean and updated and looked even better than then pictures! The owners were super nice and answered any and all questions quickly. I would highly recommend staying at this house it is close to everything!

Jim and Jane have a fantastic property right off downtown Manasquan. The house is clean, the rooms are nice, the town is great. Jim is very communicative when needed, he let us know about all amenities at the house and in the area. I would highly recommend this property to all friends and family.

Great Stay!

The owner, Jim, was fantastic to work with. Check-in and out couldn’t have been easier. The house is lovely, clean and well stocked. We especially loved the beautiful, well-kept gardens. Excellent location to walk into town for breakfast, pharmacy and shopping. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful home in a charming area

This is a beautiful home in a cute area. The owners are responsive accommodating. We traveled as a family with young kids and there was lots to do in the area. We went to the Jenkins aquarium, the boardwalk, bowling and shopping on the Main Street. Most things were a 5 min. drive from the home. There's also a park nearby but because there was a heat wave during our stay we didn't do many outdoor activities. My favorite feature is the large dreamy porch. It's also in a cute area with some consignment shops, a great coffee spot and an Italian upscale deli. Worth noting- the home includes 4 adult beach passes and they have beach chairs, a beach umbrella and bikes. The beach does not allow tents, only ones with a single pole so for larger families, check-out the single pole cabanas online. Those provide more coverage.

The perfect Jersey shore home for a mid to large sized group of people!

Our group was extremely satisfied with the overall look, feel, and comfort of this Manasquan home. The home was clean and perfectly furnished. It was also conveniently located right a main street in town with convenience stores, local restaurants and more. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your home!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Home

This is a wonderful home, perfectly set up for family vacations! The home has a great layout, a beautiful backyard (with heaters, that was the preferred dinner seat for my parents and son!) and is close enough to the Main Street that we could walk to the quaint diner for breakfast and watch the Thanksgiving parade in the evening. Our host was extremely helpful and the kitchen was well equipped! Overall, one of our best rentals ever!

Wonderful house & lovely hosts

Had a great stay celebrating a birthday and mother’s day. Even though the weather was rainy, we enjoyed the house, the kitchen, played games, listened to music and just had fun hanging out in Manesquan. Hosts were easy to communicate with prior to our arrival, during our stay and especially after when one of us left our computer behind. Lots of little touches that did not go unnoticed by our family (coffee and cream, extra toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds/pillows, bikes for us all). Highly recommend!

Love it

My husband and I rented this house for a recovery after surgery that was done close by. Jane and Jim went above and beyond to make sure our stay will be comfortable at their beautiful home, they even added TVs to our bedroom per our request. They checked on us and offer to help in anyway every few days, we wish everyone was kind and care like them. The house is very convenient, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Will high recommend.

Great house, amenities and convenient location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully updated charming Victorian home. The house is half a block from Main Street in Manasquan and a very short ride to a gorgeous bike bath. The property managers are incredibly helpful and responsive. The house is very well appointed with everything you need for a beach vacation. The home is very comfortably and nicely furnished, in addition to being very neat and clean. The property managers supplied far more supplies than your average beach rental. Overall, we were extremely happy and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Impeccable Home

This home was exceptional in every way beginning with the hosts. Jim was proactive with information and uber responsive when we had questions. The location is superb; a 1-2 minute walk to Main Street yet the property is peaceful and quiet. The beach is a little over a mile away and the house includes a couple of cruiser bikes if you don’t want to walk it or drive. We enjoyed the walk. The kitchen is stocked with just about any small appliance or tool you might need. The major appliances appeared to be brand new…and very high end. The bathrooms are spotless and modern. As a plant person, I appreciated the charming landscaping! The owners showed attention to detail and its clear they want their guests to feel welcome. Bottom line, this home is impeccable and we hope to visit again!

Perfect Rental on the Jersey Shore

This classic home with modern updates is a perfect home for families looking to visit the Jersey Shore. The house is a half block away from downtown, yet quiet and peaceful. Jim and Jane give you everything you could ask for including bikes, beach passes, beach chairs, and all of the home essentials… making this quaint home a perfect beach getaway without feeling crammed near the water. Everything inside the home has been updated/renovated recently as the bedrooms, bathroom, and living spaces are all beautiful and spacious. The outdoor area is closed in for dogs and the flowers are beautiful. The backyard patio also faces west for sundowns. We would recommend this home to anyone who has 2-3 couples or kids as there are 3 separate bedrooms and great living spaces. Communication was also amazing! Can’t wait to rent here again soon.

Wedding Guest Weekend

Our group stayed here for a wedding in Silver Lake, and this property was perfect for the purpose. Extremely well stocked, close to restaurants and shops and very walkable. Hosts were communicative and knowledgeable. house was stacked with everything that you could have needed!

Amazing location, beautiful home!

This rental might be one of favorite rentals I’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautiful and extremely clean! There was plenty of room for me and my friends! We immediately felt at home! The amenities especially the bikes and beach badges were a huge plus and very much enjoyed! Another plus was the house was dog friendly and the backyard was completely fenced in! It’s always nice to bring our pup with us! One of the best parts was the location! Literally right around the corner from the Main Street! And lastly, Jim was an incredible host! So easy to get in touch with and gave us very detailed recommendations and instructions for the house! It made the stay even easier! Wish the house wasn’t fully booked for the summer because I would 100% stay here again! Thanks again Jim and Jane!
