It was a great vacation and the accommodations were great. The unit was clean and comfortable. We watched dolphin and manatee from our balcony.

Great Condo with Excellent View!!

Very clean place with everyting we needed!We loved the location, communication check in, ,and the veiw from the balcony and living room was outstanding!!Highly recommended!

Wow!!

Our stay is amazing!! The view of the bay was stunning! Every morning and evening you could see dolphins and manatees. I traveled with my daughter and we felt very safe! The pool is beautiful and clean. I did add a 2 inch topper to the pull out sofa for some extra comfort but I left it behind for the next person. We will definitely be back! Also the owners response time is great and she is very nice!

Very nice experience. We Recommend it.

Overall, a very nice experience. View was wonderful. Unit was well equipped and met our expectations in almost all areas. Traffic noise was a bit annoying and the bed could use an upgrade but overall we were very pleased.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much. It had everything that we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The condo unit could use some maintenance, new furniture, new doorwall and blinds that would make it more aesthetically pleasing but didn’t take away from our enjoyment..

Great place to stay

Stayed in this condo during the aftermath of Milton. The condo was clean and worked well for the two of us. The water views are awesome and we did see dolphins and manatees. The location is convenient and is right next DocFord’s.

Non-tourist resort

This was a very clean condo in a quiet area. The amenities are abundant and the environment is beautiful. This is a perfect getaway for a couple to have a relaxing weekend on the water.

The unit was absolutely wonderful. Great view, location, clean, comfortable! I visit the area often and definitely will be back to this unit. The owner was responsive and at no time did I feel less than a VIP.

Amazing Christmas Stay

I’m local and going through a pretty difficult time during the holidays. The condo was amazing, very clean, well maintained with an amazing view. It was exactly what I needed for a nice Christmas staycation. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Needs to be updated. Broken rule in. Kitchen walls in bathroom repaired but not finished. Sliding screen won’t slide broken fan on the balcony! The area view was great!

Great, small condo with a beautiful view of the bay!!

Very nice condo with a great view and restaurant walking distance .The hot tub and pool we’re having troubles, but the owner gave us compensation back for that. comfortable bed and very clean and homey.

Staycation

We were looking for a place close to home on the water for a quick get away. This was the perfect place. Comfy bed, full kitchen, nice balcony with a beautiful view and nice pool. It was close to Mederia beach and resturaunts. We will come here again.

Loved it

This was a wonderful stay, the view was beautiful, hot tub and pool clean and spacious. The host was so nice and provided many products around the house like water/some pop, coffee products, etc. The weather wasn’t wonderful while we stayed so we spent a lot of time at the house and it was so comfortable. We went to Downtown St.Petersburg quite a bit and it was about 20 minutes away so within reasonable distance of places. Would definitely stay again!

Well kept condo and spectacular view of the inner coast.

Was nice the condo was clean. The complex itself was well kept the view from her apartment is spectacular. The only deterrent is the bridge next-door little noisy, but not from the bedroom area.

Beautiful location super clean!

My wife and I loved our little 2 night stay at this property! We saw dolphins both days from our balcony! The place was meticulously clean and very inviting! Couldn’t get the tv to work but a quick text was followed up with an immediate response to rectify the problem! Would definitely stay here again, thanks for a great visit!

Great stay

We had a great time staying for 3 weeks at this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. We did have a brief problem with the cable tv, but Hina got Spectrum over to fix the issue. The view is stunning and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony anytime during the day. Rich

Clean and comfy

Very nice, clean condo. Perfect for my husband and me. Hini was great to work with, very responsive to my inquiries, and took care of a minor issue very quickly. The condo had everything we needed. We even saw a dolphin one day while enjoying the balcony! Beautiful sunsets each night.

Gorgeous View

I loved that we didn't have to go to a desk to check in we simply went to the room and used the code provided by the host, there were no gates or assigned parking (which was plenty) you just drove onto the property. Next door is Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grill, and plenty other restaurants and shopping near by. Upon entering the condo and opening the blinds was the most beautiful view of the water and the sunset. The place very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, cup etc... if you wanted to cook. There was a Welcome Book that gave the WiFi login and other information. The host, Hina, responded quickly to questions. During checkout we left at the designated time and made sure the door was locked...easy peasy. This is a cozy place to getaway and relax. You can't beat the view.
