Property as described. Very close to beach. Issues with backyard fence were mostly addressed after communication. Understand due to hurricane, but temporizing measures could have been taken prior to our arrival, not 24 hrs later. One side was addressed, the other was not. We were not comfortable with our dogs being near the fence that was not addressed due to safety issues- almost fell on our small dog.

Superb!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a really great stay definitely above expectation! Very cozy and all the beds where comfortable. I wish their was a bit more places to sit in the living room other than the couch and chair but that is fine. I also wanted to point out that the sofa bed seemed like something was broken, the head of the bed was very slanted at an angle downward and felt a bit unstable. Another thing was I think the house could have been cleaned a bit better prior to our arrival the house was already very sandy and their was not a vacuum available for clean up. The dishes had some food smuck on them. Other wise we did enjoy the area and actual home quite a bit would love to come back

Great vacations close to beaches, restaurants, shops and services but very quiet and relaxing.

Perfect for our stay

Great location. Super close to 30A but without the price tag. Also the beach is a 2 min walk and stunning! We stayed for a little over 2 weeks and it was great.

Overall this property was as pictured and was a very short, easy walk to the beach. We appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sand. We chose it because it had enough beds to accommodate our family of six in our price range. We were disappointed with the cleanliness as there was an ant problem. We did contact blue swell and received messages that the problem was being addressed but we spent our whole week squishing ants in the upstairs bathroom as well as the kitchen table. We couldn’t leave toothbrushes in the bathroom because they were covered in ants in the morning. The back yard table was also unusable because it was covered in ants. We have stayed at several PCB rentals over the years and this one was a very basic property lacking in amenities we find other places. The TV remote did not work because the batteries were dead, we missed not having an outdoor grill and found the kitchen to be poorly stocked. It served as a budget rental to keep us close to the beach and out of a high rise tower but we wouldn’t choose it again.

Great place

This rental was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The place is a short walk to the beach, Aldi and Dunkin’ Donuts. Short drive to Publix and donut hole. Would definitely come back again.

So great!

We loved the short walk to the beach, dog friendly was a big plus, we loved that they had umbrellas and chairs and beach stuff for the kids to use during our stay. Back yard had an outdoor shower, there were more than enough towels provided. It was over all a great great stay and I would recommend it to anyone

The public beach access entry point is literally right across the road. It is a short walk which we found to be very convenient. Another perk - this location is not in the busy part of Panama City Beach, yet the drive to PCB is quick and easy. This property is also pet friendly which was important to us. Heads up though, there is a $250 pet fee. Go ahead and rent this property - you won't regret it.

Literally 2/3 minute walk to the beach

Outside the property…not so nice…Inside the property was just like the pictures and the written description…the two bedrooms were a nice size with tons of closet space…the kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots, pans, glasses, plates, utensils and silverware. But most importantly the distance from the beach for the price was awesome! The property manager which worked for BlueSwell communicated multiple times making sure we were happy.

Great Spring break trip

We had a great time, the walk to the beach was simple and I loved the nice, quiet community. We enjoyed being away from the business of PCB but it was a short drive to Pier Park. 5 location, only sleeps 6 adults comfortably

The location of this rental is great! Easy to walk to the beach & back, no complaints from kids ages 7-11 about the walk! The pull out couch is downstairs, while bedrooms are upstairs. To prevent kids sleeping downstairs alone, two adults opted for the pull out couch. It is less than ideal, however we toughed it out. It was oversight on our part at the time of booking that both bedrooms were upstairs. The pictures of the back patio area are not updated, as there is no grill at the unit even though it is in the picture. The check in and check out processes were seamless.

Nice place!

We were happy with this rental. A couple suggestions- the counter space is limited, we brought a folding table for extra. The pantry was big though! Outdoor shower for rinsing the sand was great. The beds were more comfortable than we expected. The dryer doesn’t stop running until you open it. We brought box fans for the bedrooms, it does get warmer up there and much cooler downstairs. Would stay again!

Quaint Little Place

My negatives would be that we only had one trash bag... which is frustrating since you have to pay a huge cleaning fee... And there wasn’t a separate thermostat upstairs. So the upstairs, which has the bedrooms, is soooo much warmer than the downstairs. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and it was a great size for our family of 5!

Cute - close to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worked for what we needed. Literally a minute or less walk to public beach 95. Plenty of beds for the 2 families and a large enough living room to host 3 families for a roaring evening of card games.The patio is small but cute and has a shower to rinse off sand.The bathroom upstairs is conjoined and not at all sound proof. The tub backed up but a quick call to the office had a maintenance person out within 2 hours. Be warned, all fees will tack on additional tourism fees.
