We enjoyed our visit in this unit. Best furnished and cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The host certainly supplied of everything we might need. We appreciated the ability to bring our pets as well. We hope to return again.

Coastal charm was an accurate name for this property. My family had ample room for play, watching TV. assembling a puzzle, etc. The beds were super comfy and each bedroom had its own bath. Quick jaunt to the beach and a short ride to multiple restaurant options made this a winner.

Nice Condo in Palmetto Dunes

We enjoyed our stay very much! We loved the convenience of the location and walkability. The beach was very close as well. Overall, a great stay with some minor things to note… the blue chairs are a bit tired, and some of the sinks had trouble draining.

Real nice stay

Property was great. A few areas of villa could use a little updating, but overall very good. Communication with property owner was simple and very good.

Insude the villa has been all remodeled. The back deck has been remolded. All furniture and bedding are fairly recent purchases. The complex was built in the late 70s and will soon undergo painting and some exterior improvements. The pictures reflect the condo well. I lm glad you enoyed your stay and hilton head.

The place was good, except a few things. We celebrated Thanksgiving and struggled with the cookware to actually make food. For instance, there wasn’t any measuring cups, pots were scarce, and only one rusty cookie sheet. The bathrooms desperately need a complete overhaul- not just another coat of paint. These are all things needing attention, but the host seems to pay attention to other details well. We appreciated having soap starters, trash bags, starter paper towels, etc. Overall, it was adequate.

As a vacation rental we suppliied a new set of cookware( pots and pans) plus lowcountry boil pot, corningware including measuring cups and spoons at the end of summer. There are many cabinets and guests move things about If you can not find something you can always reach out. The entire unit was renovated, new kitchen and primary bath, with 2nd bath receiving a new sink and toilet within the last 5 years as seen in the pictures.

We specifically state a 10 minute walk to the beach and we have the free in resort dune buggy for trips around the resort or the beach parking at dunes house or disney beach house. Sorry about the grill, we supply it as an extra and ask guests to clean it after their use as the cleaners do not clean.

Overall good. Lots of space to move around. Kitchen supplies were adequate but an odd mixture of different plates, cups, and utensils. It was quiet. We never used the pool which was unusual for us. Parking was close, but no shade in the parking areas. You can use the dunes buggy to get to the beach, but we were successful at finding parking at the Dunes House each day for beach access...but you need to get there early.

Birthday getaway

I recently stayed at a Vrbo rental and had the most amazing time. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to all the amenities we needed. The home itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We made the best memories during our time at this rental. From relaxing on the deck to exploring the local area, every moment was truly special. The owners were also incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. I would highly recommend this Vrbo rental to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. It truly was a wonderful experience that I will cherish for years to come.

Central PD Location

My wife and I live on HHI in Sea Pines and rented the villa for our adult children and their spouses. The PD location is fantastic as it is very central to everything on the island that you want to do. No complaints, other than Google Maps directions leave a little to be desired and the signage in Queens Grant is a bit difficult to find/follow. Despite the rainy weather on the weekend we were there, the villa was comfortable and we managed to get some beach time and bike rides in. Thank you!

Great location, of course! Amazing layout and airy. Kitchen well-equipped. Great deck. There was some traffic noise, unfortunately, but we kind of got used to it. The second bathroom was disappointing: the bath tub finish was peeling, no towel rails and toilet roll holder was missing. The barbecue was also really disappointing: no temperature gauge and no steel brush to clean it. Despite these items, we would rent it again in the future!

Much needed R & R

My family had a long awaited trip to HH planned but life happened. We almost cancelled the whole trip due to my husband’s surgery and my job but we decided that they should go with out me. The villa was easy to find and in a good central location within the complex. Since it is one level - it was perfect for my husband. The kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of comfy seating. They spent time relaxing in the unit watching movies when it rained. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was easy to access. The unit was clean and full of light during the day. The outside yard area was very nice with a small seating area - good for a morning coffee. They brought their bikes but my husband couldn’t ride - too bad because the complex has lots of paths to ride on. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. Overall, a great unit in one of our favorite places to stay.
