As a matter of fact, we specified at check in that you did not have to do anything with the beds. The towels we do ask you to wash and put in the dryer because they are very thick and take a long time to dry. You do not need to wait for them to dry. Our towels are not the cheap thin kind that you find in many rentals and most people don't mind washing them because they appreciate the quality of our towels. As for the garbage, as you can imagine, with 62 units, we can't always get to cleaning the units right away. Leaving garbage in the unit creates odor and draws bugs. Our rules are in place to keep our units as nice and clean as possible for everyone, and not become another run down, dirty rental property.

We do have electric hot water heaters and other accessories guests can check out. We will work to do a better job of informing guests to ask for what ever they need, as we just may have it.

Our kitchens are equipped with full size oven, as well as toaster oven. For those that prefer toasters vs. toaster oven can check it out at the office. All of our guests are informed at check in that if they need anything to let me know, as my phone is on pretty much 24/7. We do not provide sponges because they are not sanitary. We provide dish rags and dish towels that can be washed, washer/dryer in every condo. This particular area of the parking lot is small and would not be able to accommodate a second ramp, as ramps have to meet code requirements in both slope and size. VRBO's listing headings are intended to get potential renter's attention. VRBO/ HomeAway's own consultants that coach homeowners on how to list their homes, do not recommend putting the condo name in the headline, but rather something that will draw the renter's interest. Also, headlines are limited to a certain number of characters, so we have to make the most of getting the renter's attention at a quick glance. If our heading said Wolf Bay Landing Condominiums, that would not mean much to those that do not know us. As a test, I googled "Wolf Bay Landing Condominiums" and all of our listings came up - VRBO, HomeAway, Vacation Rentals and our own web site. We do ask guests to wash the towels and put them in the dryer before they leave because the towels are nice and thick, which our guests love, and takes a long time to dry. This one little step helps the cleaners get the condo ready for arriving guests (especially when there's quick turnarounds - which is very common during the peak summer season). We provide the soap to wash the towels and guests do not have to wait for the towels to dry, just turn the dryer on. If the guests took showers first thing in the morning and put the towels in the washer, by the time they are finished packing, the towels should be finished washing and all they have to do is put them in the dryer, turn it on and go. Please keep in mind that these are individual condos, not hotels. We do not provide consumable items. I am not aware of any vacation rental complex that allows heavy downloading or streaming since the internet has to support hundreds of users, unlike a single family home that has few users.
