Totally renovated 2nd floor Condo with all the luxuries of home located on popular Scenic Highway 98...easy walk to beaches and dining. Gated beach access, a heated pool, tennis. Come enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast!

This condo is located directly across the street from Destin's famous Captain Daves on the Gulf restaurant and a short drive to outlet malls.

This condo is optimal for family as a barn door closes off the 2nd bedroom and bath to a private suite. This suite is perfect for remote school or office with a built in work station equipped with ethernet cable and printer to insure no calls are dropped! This unit features a new renovated custom kitchen with all new appliances and cabinetry as well as large island to accommodate everyone.

Owners are local and respond easily and quickly to any needs. No Smoking or Pets in this unit.

This condo is amazing. It is absolutely beautiful and VERY clean. It is very close to the beach and we enjoyed all of the amenities it had to offer (swimming, pickleball etc.) Do not hesitate to rent from these owners, they were absolutely wonderful.

Great all around

Pictures did not do this place justice!! It was super cute and super comfy!! It was very well stocked and great location with a quick walk to the beach and pool. The pool was big and water was warm. Everyone got great sleep on comfortable beds. Hosts were attentive and responded quickly. Our stay was absolutely perfect!!!

AMAZING PROPERTY AND HOSTS!

This property was amazing and looked just like the pictures! Private beach access was just a few minutes from condo!! Candace and Paul were extremely accommodating through our entire stay! We had everything we needed from spices, coffee, sugar to beach chairs and umbrellas! Will recommend to friends and will stay again! Thanks for making our first trip to Destin a great one!!

Clean and easy!

Very happy that the place was spotless. It was a quick walk to the beach and they had newer Pickleball courts available at all times. We had a great time!

Fantastic Family Vacation

This is an excellent place to stay. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and more than sufficient in terms of amenities. Candace was very helpful and communicative, especially regarding some questions I had regarding sargassum. We had a wonderful time and hope to make a return trip next time!

Second Trip to Destin

This truly was an amazing property to stay at for a much needed week of vacation. The owners went above and beyond in their communication on not only the features of the house but also on the numerous accommodations and activities around Destin. The house was clean, well organized, and really felt like home away from home. I sincerely recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy the area and look forward to booking again in the future.

Nice relaxing weekend

Good location for relaxing on the beach, golf, and restaurants. Condo is exactly as described. Nicely outfitted with everything you need to cook, relax, and get a good night's sleep. Condo is quiet and clean.

Destin Condo

The condo was perfect. It wasn't over decorated. It had a high, vaulted, living room ceiling. All of the appliances were new, premium models. Close access to the beach, pool, and tennis court was nice.

Very clean and updated.

My sister and I stayed here. Retirement trip for both. Liked that we had separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean. We are both in our 60's and had some trouble getting our suitcases up the stairs but that is no fault to the owners. Never turned a tv on. Was a relaxing trip. People in the community are very friendly.

Great property and location. Best stay ever!

This place had it all for 4 people. The owners thought of all the little details and the place was clean and beautiful. The pictures didn’t do it justice, more space than we expected. There was ample parking. Just a short walk to the beach. The pool area was under repair but we didn’t even use the pool. Plenty of restaurants around and close to everything . The area was very quiet at night. The owners we very responsive. They truly care about your stay. We definitely will be back. Checking in and out was easy.

Excellent Property

We had a wonderful vacation. The unit is clean, comfortable, and has all of the amenities of home. The beach and pool are only a short and convenient walk away. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. It felt like home and was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were very responsive. The location is perfect with easy walking to the beach/ocean and pool. We would highly recommend staying here.

Operation Sweet 16

We rented this property to celebrate our daughters turning 16. We were welcomed into a very clean and beautiful home. We were impressed with all the details of this property. The owners were very thoughtful in making sure guests had everything they would need to make their stay comfortable. Beverages were in the fridge, coffee pods for the Keurig, paper towels, dish soap, laundry pods and softer, bathroom essentials, games, suntan lotion and aloe. I’m sure I’m missing stuff, but the point is the owners did an amazing job of helping out stay be amazing. We had one minor problem with a fan in one of the bedrooms and the owners had it fixed in no time at all. Highly recommend this property. Carolyn

Family Vacation

If you stay here, you will not be disappointed! The place is absolutely beautiful and it’s in a great location. You can easily walk to the beach and it’s a short drive to town if you want to go out. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and modern

The appliances were out of this world! I loved them! I'm going shopping soon, I believe! The plush carpet in the bedrooms felt so cozy, and the sheets were crisp and clean. Everything was super clean! My husband is still a little nervous about Covid because of his sickly mother, so he always wipes things clean with wipes when we get there. There was nothing on the surfaces. He's very particular and even he commented on how clean it was! The decor had a beach cottage feel, and was very tasteful. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The walk to the beach is very short and the sunsets are amazing! Owners are very sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.
