You can wake up and sip your coffee or relax in the evening with a margarita on your third-floor balcony while enjoying spectacular Gulf views. Our condo is on the top floor - no upstairs neighbors! Direct beach access is available just steps away at either end of the building. You can sit by the private, heated pool and hot tub, or grill steaks or your favorite local seafood on one of the community grills.
Our recently refreshed condo offers a King Bed, hallway bunks, a pull-out sleeper, all new furniture, new SMART TV, new flooring, granite countertops, bathroom tile, vanity, sinks, and all-new bedding. In-unit washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, a crock-pot, mixer, blender, toaster, Kuerig coffee machine, chopper, and more. We also have bars of soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, foil, saran wrap, sandwich bags, spices, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, and napkins. Beach chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella are provided for your enjoyment.
