The Sandpiper by The Sea Studio is a tastefully furnished, modern, sparkling clean, beach efficiency that is just steps away from the ocean! It is loft style, so it is one room with an open concept, with a large east facing window with a peek a boo ocean view that lets in plenty of light. The space is airy, cheerful and bright, and the complex is very peaceful! You will love the relaxed beach vibe, central location, and having all of the comforts of home. The studio has a queen sized bed with a comfortable, high end mattress, and 100% cotton sheets. It also has a velvet loveseat, a small modern dining table with 2 chairs, two small dressers, a large flat screen TV, and a desk in the office area. It has a nicely equipped kitchen, which has a full size refrigerator, stainless steel oven and microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots & pans, dishes and utensils. For your convenience you will find two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels in the closet! You will also find a couple of days worth of water bottles, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, coffee, cream, and sugar! Grab your beach chairs and stroll across the street to the beach, watch a space launch from your balcony, or dine al fresco down by the pool or on your balcony (note, the balcony is not private, it is shared with other residents). You will just fall in love with this small condominium complex, located in a safe, and quiet location, with very friendly neighbors!
