Villa /chateau w/ gourmet kitchen, complete w/ 2 gas stoves, 2 ovens, and restaurant style pizza oven. Perfect for your next corporate, personal event, holiday stays. Wine paired dinners w/ a chef (2 month advanced notice to schedule chef, but last minute sometimes works). Close to St Michelle concerts & many tasting rooms. Open concept, large bdrms (two en-suite), outdoor covered & heated deck area. With its carefully crafted casual chic design, everyone that stays falls in love w/ this home. The first words we frequently hear as our guests arrive are "wow, this is so much nicer than we expected". Welcome to our country estate.

Small hiccup checking in due to vrbo app error, but host was wonderful and very accommodation. Would definitely stay again! Space was large enough to accommodate 7 people, and the kitchen was the best feature.

The house was well stocked and the kitchen was amazing, perfect for a family Thanksgiving. The location was great, very close to some really nice winery’s.

Host was friendly and the home was as described. It was very close to Chateau Lill where we were attending a wedding. There are some quirks to the home, but nothing crazy. The check in process was a little lengthy; we had a 30 minute phone conversation with the host upon arrival as they walked us through the house. I think the property would do well to have a binder with all the tips so that guests can start settling in and relaxing right away :) Everything discussed would have been fine as written instructions. Other than that, things went off without a hitch. Cozy home!

This property is in a beautiful Woodinville location with great access to all the nearby attractions. The house itself could use some upgrades but certainly met our needs while we were in town for a family wedding at Chateau Lill. You can't beat the views from the dining room, living room, and outdoor sitting area.

The host was very accommodating to almost all of our special needs for the special need we had for this weekend. The local flooding in the area presented us with an unplanned situation that the host and Casyie was able to resolve for us. Wine tasting in this area is unbelievable.The house was as advertised, clean, well stocked and well appointed.

Unfortunately, we did not have a smooth stay from start to finish. The check-in process was confusing and lacked clear instructions. Although we eventually made it into the house, there were no check-in instructions or house binder/ manual available. Pamela called me several hours after I had messaged her, and unfortunately, the information she provided at that point was not very helpful. There were also several cleanliness and maintenance issues. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher that we had to run and unload ourselves, the oven did not work. There were also wet laundry in the washing machine and unfolded laundry in the dryer. The house was not stocked with toilet paper. The TV upstairs did not work, and the batteries in the remote were corroded. Additionally, none of the outlets in the main bathroom upstairs worked. We were instructed to take out our own garbage, but no garbage bags were provided, so we had to make an additional trip to the store to purchases them ourselves. Overall these issues made the stay more difficult and inconvenient than expected. We hope these concerns can be addressed so future guests have a smoother and more comfortable experience.

Wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family trip. Huge bedrooms, wonderful kitchen and dining room with more space than we needed for 8 people. The balcony was our favorite! Pamela and Greg were very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for a family trip!

Beautiful Christmas

We had a wonderful time in this large, lovely home. 5 adults and 2 children stayed there, and we had 6 more adults and 2 more children (family who live in Bothell) join us for a fantastic meal prepared by Chef Johnathan - all seated together at the huge table. Really great holiday.

Short Stay for Winery Concert

8 of us had plenty of room in this house. Great location for the nearby concert… we walked. And close to stores and hiking. Loved sitting on the deck in the sun and enjoying the beautiful view. Heaters on the deck once the sun went down were great.

Beautiful home & view in a great location!

We recently got married in Woodinville and this home was a perfect place for our wedding party to stay! We got ready there, hosted our rehearsal dinner there and even had a cigar & whiskey bar on the deck. The view is gorgeous with hot air balloons passing by. Our caterer particularly loved the spacious and well stocked kitchen. We would highly recommend this property!

Family gathering

We recently celebrated our retirement. Our family flew in from out of state, We were so pleased to find a home that could accommodate the entire family allowing us to stay together comfortably. Thank you so very much to our host who was available, instructive and welcomed us warmly to her home. We highly recommend this home and will keep it in our favorites when we have another family gathering in the future.

Our Gourmet Stay

We had 5 couples comfortably stay in this great VRBO. It was perfect. We are all foodies and cooked like crazy in the gourmet kitchen. The house was well appointed and very spacious which was important with 10 of us staying. It is close to the wineries which made it very convenient. Our host Pamela, was very hospitable. We would definitely come back.

Hosted a bridal shower for 14 and it was a great spot that fit everyone around the table easily! It was hot day so we stayed inside but the deck was lovely too in the evening when it cooled down. Main downside : Dishwasher didn’t work and it was definitely a pain to wash all those dishes by hand - so if you’re hosting an event I’d ask about that. Otherwise it was a lovely event.

Wedding Part/welcome drinm

Pamela was very respectful and helpful throughout our entire stay. we had a small number of guests staying through the long weekend and were allowed to have a welcome drinks reception for family and friends coming from out of town. The house is very open and and great views of the Woodenville valley. Was a fantastic home for hosting, would highly recommend, thank you Pamela for allowing us into your home!

Disappointing stay

The home and location was beautiful, as pictured, and the owners were responsive and prompt in their communication. The low rating was due to the cleanliness, amenities (no soap, shampoo, towels) and old appliances.

Jon, Thank you for your much apppreciated input as it is quite valuable to hosts, and we take these comments seriously. We in no way desire to discount the input, though we desire to respectfully address a couple issues you pointed out: regarding soaps, towels, and shampoo (in 3 bathrooms cummulatively there are 12 bathing towels, 8 hand towels, 8 washcloths, and in powder room 10-12 hand /washtowels. Kitchen - 15 towels, 8 spare bathing towels in hall closet. Regarding soaps: there are shampoos in each shower, hand wash at each sink including kitchen. There is also a quite hefty selection of hand and body washes in hall closet. Regarding appliances: most are fairly new - WOLF stove + another very nice auxiliary stove. Truly a chefs kitchen. Double Frigidaire ovens not as new but high quality Frigidaire lasts longer. The dish washer is fairly old, but we do not feel it is objectionable and it cleans well. No use unnecessarily filling landfills to replace with new. We did notice it appears a spring has failed that holds up the door. We will look into a repair, or maybe it is just time we let it fall to replacement? We are very sorry you were disappointed, and I hope we can make it up to you on a future trip. Great Spot for a Wonderful Wine-Tasting Weekend!

We had a group of nine women inthe area for a wine-tasting weekend, and we were all comfortable in this large, lovely home. Our favorite spot was out on the deck where we enjoyed the view and gorgeous sunsets. One night we had the private chef, Josh, prepare us dinner, and it was fabulous. The property is very close to lots of wineries in the Woodinville area, and Pamela, the host, gave us restaurant and winery recommendations as well. All in all an absolutely wonderful experience!

Post Cruise Stay

What a wonderful property! A small group of us decided to stay in the area after an Alaskan Cruise. We decided to try somewhere outside of the downtown area and settled in Woodinville. What a wonderful for town especially if you love wine. The house is magnificent! It comfortably accommodated us all (6 adults/1teenager). The outdoor deck is a must! It is a great location to see nature and enjoy an evening sunset. Pamela (owner) was a true joy! She assisted us with any questions and even helped us arrange a chef’s table dinner at the house. When we come back to the area or when we have friends/family traveling to area we will definitely recommend this place for everyone to stay!

great property for family gathering

This is a beautiful home on a secluded acreage. We easily housed 8 adults as there are 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We had family come and visit every day so there were 12 -14 people for dinner every night. The owner stocked the house with food so we did not have to try to shop the first day. She also supplied us with wine from her winery which we loved. The large dining room easily held all our family. There is a heated patio and we had dinner out there one night. We hired the pizza chef for the first night. What a treat that was. We hired a chef to cook a multi course dinner the last night. We pared the dinner with the owners wine. The owner was so helpful and made the stay go so smoothly. If we have another reunion in the Seattle area we will definitely pick this property again.

As good as it looks!

I was a little nervous about whether this home was going to REALLY be as good as it looked online... IT IS!! Pamela, the owner, met us at check-in and gave us a tour of the house which was really nice. The home is extremely comfortable with an amazing kitchen that even has a built-in pizza oven! This home worked perfectly for our extended family who were all staying together to attend a family wedding at a local winery. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. Everyone was pleased with the room they occupied. The only slight negative was there were no check-out instructions and we didn't think to ask Pamela upon our arrival about what we should do upon check-out. I texted her asking for instructions and never received a response. I would highly recommend this home for any large group who want to stay together!

When you arrive at this lovely, well-appointed home it will be apparent you chose the right home at which to stay. The home is of mid-century modern design and has been remodeled as a lovely and welcoming professional and Italian villa/French chateau style. The kitchen, the covered heated deck, the view/sunsets and more are eye-catchers. Oh yes, and the built-in full sized commercial style pizza oven. With comfortable beds, and an array of pillows to choose from, your stay will be relaxing, and you will be tempted to extend your dates. We also recommend on-site tastings of world class wines, and cold-pressed apple ciders.

You will be staying in what was the previous home of one of Washington's Masters of Wine. On site is highly acclaimed Betz Winery available for you to reserve a seat at a classic wine experience or reserve a tasting of our Alleromb Winery wines. We also, with advanced notice (at least 30-60 day notice) we may be able to schedule a chef for a dinner, or pizza in the kitchen's pizza oven. Eco-tourism finding its way to this area opens up an opportunity for summer outdoor farm-to-fork dinners in our orchard across the street. Again, ample notice requested. We recommend a visit to our on-site Off the Branch Farm Cider Mill for a tour and a tasting of our freshly pressed apple ciders. Mill store also offers local foods and other items from local farmers and small businesses. We look forward to meeting you. Cheers!
