Beautiful, newly renovated, 1-bedroom, Private apartment with A/C throughout on the east end of the island. Located in Seven Hills this apartment boasts breathtaking views of the rolling green hills and Buck Island from every room. Open floor plan with a large kitchen fully equipped for making meals, Keurig Coffee maker, dining area that seats 6, and living room with a sleeper sofa and 55-inch smart tv, private laundry inside the unit, satellite TV/ internet. The bedroom has a sleep number mattress, and a 55-inch smart tv. Outside seating area on a large terrace where you can enjoy the views, barbeque on the grill, or cool off in the semi-private pool. Only minutes away from east-end beaches and resorts 10 minutes away from Gallows Bay and historical downtown Christiansted, some of the best restaurants and shopping on Island.

Vacation getaway

My first time to STX, my husband’s third. Brad and Dawn are excellent hosts. They have everything you need from shampoo and soap to snorkeling gear. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, and all important coffee! Even beach towels, chairs and a cooler to use. We had coffee every morning on the gallery looking out to Caribbean Sea with that Buck Island view. Can’t wait to go back! Miss it already.

Piece of heaven

Hard to review this property because you just can't come up with the right words. Fantastically fabulous keeps coming to mind. This place was a piece of heaven and made for a very safe, comfortable, and relaxing stay. The listing is accurate but when you open the door there is so much more. Every possible need or amenity has been thought of, anticipated, and provided. You'll even find a pantry with non-perishable condiments, seasonings, and dry goods to help start your stay. There are two coffee makers. One is a very nice Keurig which even makes iced coffee and a regular drip coffee maker. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower are modern and immaculately clean and again have a few necessities to start your stay, The pool was extremely relaxing and very enjoyable either swimming during the day or laying back relaxing watching the stars at night. The view you get from your private deck and large windows is the exact view in the listing pictures only incredibly better. I have to say most likely one of the best views on the island. We even loved the drive to and from this property. Other reviews have mentioned that a four-wheel drive is needed to best access the property and while I do agree with that I do think that a mid-size will make it just fine. Just keep it in low, go slow, and stay to the left.

Great View

Had a wonderful stay. Property was very clean and pool was nice. Full view of Buck Island and very peaceful evenings on the deck. Owners were very nice. Would strongly suggest that your car rental is a 4x4 Jeep as the roads are rough in some spots.

Buck Island View Apartment

Brad was a fantastic host. He communicated well from the start, gave us shopping recommendations before arriving, and met us a few minutes away so he could show us the way in to the property. The apartment was super clean and very spacious. It has everything you need; a full kitchen, laundry, large bathroom, comfy bed, wrap around deck with amazing Buck Island views, beach gear (including snorkel gear), the list could go on! The roads up to the place are a bit rough, so take it we easy. We had a midsized car though and did fine. Although the pool area was shared, we had it to ourselves basically the whole time. Loved the stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent it next time we are in St. Croix!

Destination Wedding

Absolutely stunning place to stay! Although I would highly recommend getting a vehicle that is an SUV or even a Jeep. We had a Nissan and it struggled with those hills and ruts!! Our stay in general was amazing, and Brad was super accommodating with us Wisconsinites! We came to the Virgin Islands for a destination wedding at Tamarind Reef. Everything was absolutely beautiful!

Wonderful stay, great hosts!

Our stay at Island View Terrace was wonderful! Brad and Dawne are great hosts and everything that we could have possibly needed was provided. The unit is very spacious, comfortable, attractively decorated, and recently updated. It has gorgeous views of the hills, ocean, and Buck Island out every window! We cooked in a lot, and found everything we needed to create a meal, including many spices and some basic condiments, in the kitchen. The sleep number bed was very comfortable and the a/c kept us cool. Every afternoon at the end of a long day of snorkeling, we enjoyed a dip in the pool, where we loved listening to the birds and watching the lizards. We were sad to leave at the end of our stay, and would definitely come back if we get the chance. Thank you Dawne and Brad for a beautiful and relaxing “home base” for exploring St. Croix on our vacation!

Wonderful!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place is exactly like the pictures- beautiful views ,really clean and the hosts have provided everything you could need. Brad and his wife have a book with lots of great ideas of what to visit while on the island. We had such a relaxing stay at your place- hopefully we will return soon!

Great Stay, Would recommend for Everyone!

My wife and I had a great stay with Brad and Dawne at their Island Paradise! Check in was extremely easy, the space was great and extremely clean, the pool was warm and spotless, and had everything you could need on vacation. Seeing all of the wildlife (crabs, deer, iguanas) on the mountain on our drives up and out was an extra incentive to stay here! The only downfall was my wife wishes their resident mini Aussies also could've vacationed with us the whole time! Thanks again and we will be back, looking forward to what the new spaces turn into also!

My Family Home!

St. Croix is my family home and I came to handle family business and visit with family on the Island. The house accommodations were exactly what was described and the place was well kept and immaculate. The View of Buck Island Spectacular and very close to a cousin in Solitude so it was very accessible to go back and forth. The owners were extremely accessible and accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone. A diamond in the rough!

Stunning views and an amazing stay!

Let me first start by saying, Brad definitely know how to host guests. We missed our flight and had to make arrangements to stay a day later. Thankfully no one had booked it for the following day so it was available! Brad could’ve easily charged us to stay another day. But he was kind in a bad situation and it is much appreciated! The place is awesome. The pictures don’t really do it justice honestly. The views are stunning. With a great view of buck island. The bed is a sleep number mattress. Just like we have at home! He has the place fully stocked which was very convenient. I’ve been to many rentals and this place was definitely in my top 5! Can’t wait to return!

Amazing stay

The reviews were right… This is a wonderful place to stay for your trip to St. Croix. It is immaculate and has beautiful views you can enjoy when you’re not running around the island. Having a spacious flat to come back to every day made the trip so enjoyable. You get the privacy and space that a hotel just can’t offer. Having a pool that overlooks the forest, the sea, and Buck Island was fantastic. Brad and Dawne have thought of everything guests could need! There’s a full kitchen, washer & dryer, outdoor grill, cooler, beach towels and chairs, snorkeling gear, even Off! if the mosquitos like you. Check-in and out were a breeze. Brad met us so we could follow him to the house the first time, and he walked us through the apartment. He was a text away if we needed anything. I can’t say enough about this stay! We will definitely be back.

Amazing rental

St Croix Holiday Getaway

We read the reviews before booking and confidant that this was going to be a great place to stay. Our expectations were still exceeded with the charm, cleanliness and extras that were provided by Brad and Dawne. They really have thought of everything that a traveling guest would need and were terrific and attentive hosts. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with all updated finishes and paint. A beautiful view of the sea and Buck Island from the patio to enjoy coffee or tea in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. This will defiantly be our first choice when returning to St Croix for our next stay!

Piece of paradise

This was truly a beautiful place with million dollar views! The apartment was so well appointed and clean! Dawne thought of everything to make our week long stay wonderful! After exploring most of the island I think our favorite spot was sitting on the veranda enjoying the breeze and beautiful views! Can’t wait to return!

St Croix Oasis

This tropical place was perfect. The owners were very accommodating and everything needed for our stay was provided. They literally thought of every detail an island traveler could need. The place was bright, cheery, and extremely clean. There wad a pleasant tropical aroma throughout. We really enjoyed coffee on the covered deck each morning before beginning our day. The owners are awesome and we are already planning a return to Island Views in the near future.

Amazing Hosts

Brad and Dawn are absolutely amazing and their property is great! The reviews of this place are spot on and they have thought of absolutely everything that you may need during your stay. From Canned goods to water and juice, beach towels, beach chairs and flotation devices, washer and dryers , 2 large TVs , a large bathroom and shower, the list goes on. While the accommodation were great it was their hospitality that was the most impressive. My girlfriend and I planned a trip to Buck Island with Big Beard Adventures but as we were about to leave our car would not start. Before we knew it, Brad was down stairs helping us troubleshoot the issue without us asking for his help. He had a battery charger in the garage and charged our battery and also drove us into town so that we would not miss our Buck Island tour. At the end of our trip Brad picked us up and took us back up the hill where our charged battery was ready and waiting for us to drive away! I can not thank Brad and Dawn enough for an absolutely perfect retreat and I’m certain we will book this property again.

Best VRBO stay ever!

Stunning, roomy accommodations starting with the view of Buck Island! Coffee on my private deck with morning breezes started my day. The hosts have transformed this space meticulously with more amenities than I have ever experienced in a VRBO rental. The sleep number bed and the linens provided were above my expectations. The hosts are accommodating and I look forward to staying with them in the near future when I return!

Island Views

Our favorite island now has a new favorite place to stay. Island Views truly has beautiful views from anywhere, including the pool area. Dawne and Brad have created a comfortable and relaxing place to stay while visiting St. Croix. The location is close to beaches, shopping, going snorkeling at Buck Island, kayaking and sunset cruises. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Brad is a superb host of a wonderful property! He gave us recommendations on local eats, bars, and beaches. The view of the property is breathtaking. I highly recommend this home if you're planning on staying in St. Croix!

Gorgeous Views and Privacy Galore

Very lovely apartment nestled in the HILLS. Drew was so accommodating and a fantastic host. Nice touches like coolers for picnics and collapsible chairs for beaching are provided, oh and there's also shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower should you need it. The pictures in the description are spot on so what you see is what you get. The pool was great for cooling off too, and very convenient to access. The apartment is so secluded that you forget there are people nearby. I really enjoyed the pair of kestrels that swing by several times a day to harass the resident Aussies, pretty entertaining. The views of Buck island are something to take in and relax with from either inside the living room or from the covered deck. Very peaceful. Would I stay here again? in a heartbeat.
