This multi-level home is located in Destin’s Crystal Beach neighborhood, across the street from the beach. It features multiple balconies with beach views, spacious living accommodations, comfortable bedrooms, and a 9'x16' private pool in a paradise setting. The home has six bedrooms and five and a half baths. It can entertain up to 16 guests ready to relax on the beach.

Guests will immediately fall in love with this picture-perfect oasis. The home is surrounded by a curated landscape of green grass, palm trees, and tropical plants. Its blue and white exterior balances beautifully with the coastal environment. Ascend the front steps and step through the entryway into a stunning foyer with an open, spiral staircase. A set of three archways beckons you into the cozy living area. Three leather couches and a white accent armchair create a casual seating ensemble. The setup faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a fireplace. You will find a glass-topped table in the sunny dining room with six chairs and bench seating. A teal-toned decorative cabinet and vibrant rug add bold pops of color to the room. The kitchen is spacious and includes a dine-in table, white cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances.

The living, kitchen, and dining areas share the main floor with one guest bedroom that has a king-size bed, twin day bed, and twin trundle. It has sunny windows, an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, and patio access. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of these is the master suite, which boasts a king-size bed, multiple glass doors leading to the wraparound balcony, and a luxury bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Three of the rooms on this level are guest bedrooms. One has a full-size bed, while another has two queen-size beds and a sleeper sofa. The third room is a unique bunk room featuring two floating twin bunks with industrial-styled ladders and railings. A bonus den includes a queen-size sleeper sofa. The final guest bedroom is located in the fourth-level loft. It has two twin beds and access to the romantic balcony overlooking the gulf.

This coastal retreat offers guests plenty of opportunities for outdoor relaxation. Each balcony is furnished with colorful, cushioned chairs great for enjoying gorgeous weather while sipping a drink and chatting with family and friends. A tiled deck surrounds the private pool with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The privacy is perfect for a laidback day reading by the pool or soaking up the sun. And, of course, the beach is only a one-minute walk away.

The home’s location in Crystal Beach places guests conveniently close to various vacation amusements. Nearby, you will find the Destin Commons shopping center and popular restaurants like Camille’s and Crab Trap. Other must-visit spots in Destin include HarborWalk Village and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.
