Capturin' Moments 30A - Lots of Space for 17 Guests plus Fun Amenities!

Capturin' Moments Beach House has been our family home for years and we want to share it with you and your loved ones to create memories that last a lifetime! Just a convenient 4-minute walk to the Dune Allen Beach Regional Access, the white sandy shores are simply a short stroll away. This inviting home is filled with character from vaulted ceilings to charming cubbies, cultivating a memorable stay. The house is located on 30A and sits at the top of a hill, catching the beach breezes and summer sunsets.

Vacation begins here with a trendy stock tank pool (Pool will be closed from November 1st through February 28th due to the water being too cold), gas fire pit, billiard room, ping pong table (on top of pool table), corn hole, magnetic darts and grill all for your enjoyment at Capturin' Moments. Our home also features an outdoor shower (hot and cold water) and a garage with a plethora of beach chairs and beach toys. Sleeping up to 17 guests, this is a great house for multiple families to rent together while still having separate space due to the interior layout. There is an attached carriage house that is accessed from the main house through the foyer which features its own full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, wet bar sink, living space with TV (billiard room), 1.5 bathrooms, balcony and it sleeps 4 people (1 king Sleep Number bed, and 2 twin beds). The carriage house bedroom also provides a desk space for working and a Roku flat screen TV.

In the main house, on the first floor you walk into a spacious kitchen with an eat-in island connecting to the dining room which showcases an expansive 12-person dining table. Off of the dining room, is the living room with a 55" smart tv and a sectional couch that gazes out to the double sliding glass doors. There is an electric fireplace that can be used with or without heat so you can enjoy the ambience in the winter as well as in the summer. There is a king bedroom with Roku TV on the first floor. It offers an attached full bathroom including double sinks and a luxurious walk-in glass block shower with double shower heads. Off of the kitchen, is a laundry room with an HE top loading washer and HE front loading dryer for you to use during your stay.

Moving to the second floor, there are 3 private bedrooms and one full bathroom. The king bedroom with the twin sleeper sofa couch has a 50" Roku flat screen TV and a sliding glass door leading out to a wrap around deck with gulf views. Another 2nd floor bedroom is completed with a fun bunk bed boasting a full bed on the bottom with twin bed on the top and a Roku flat screen TV. The last private 2nd floor room hosts a queen bed and a Roku flat screen TV. There is also a bonus room on the 2nd floor which features a TV, PlayStation and a couch that folds down to make another single sleeper bed. Up the stairs from the bonus room, you will find the third-floor loft complete with a queen size bed and attached kids crawl-in cubby for playing or lounging on the Tempur-Pedic mattress (not included in bed count).

Located on the west end of 30A, we are only one block from Stinky's Fish Camp restaurant, an easy 5-minute walk from the house. About a 3-minute drive (1.5 miles) you will find Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, a favorite for enjoying 2.3 miles of pristine and secluded beaches, swimming, hiking, wildlife viewing, picnicking, and fishing. Another great local hot spot is GulfPlace with a plethora of stores, restaurants, and events all only a 5-minute drive from our home. Along 30A there is a 26-mile bike path where you can enjoy biking, jogging, walking, or even rollerblading with views of the sparkling emerald waters. Some vacationers rent street legal golf carts or bikes for getting around 30A, but a car is very beneficial in getting around in this area.

During your stay we provide the initial essentials with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand/bath soaps, conditioning shampoo, 1 small dish soap, 1 roll of paper towel, a small supply of dishwashing detergent, and a few kitchen trash bags. These are provided to make your first day at our home as comfortable as possible; however, you will need to purchase more of these items for the remainder of your stay. We provide all of the bathroom and kitchen towels, but you will need to bring your own beach towels. We also have 2 Pack-n-Plays and 2 high chairs for your convenience. We only provide crib sheets so please bring a baby blanket. Minimum age to rent is 20 years old.
