With all the designer touches, a spacious private deck with a hot tub and BBQ, and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, this is Southern California living at its finest. The space

A relaxing king bed with a closet to hang your clothes — your own peaceful sanctuary after a day at the beach.

A comfortable queen bed with a closet — cozy and inviting for a restful night's sleep.
🛁 Bathroom
One bathroom located in the hallway between the two bedrooms, featuring a tub shower, sink, and toilet. An outdoor shower is also available — perfect for rinsing off after the beach or hot tub. Stocked with towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
📺 Living Room
Bright and breezy with sliding glass doors that let in the ocean air. Settle into the couch and stream your favorites on the smart TV (Netflix and other streaming services).
🍴 Dining
The kitchen dining table seats 4. Head out to the patio and you'll find a large outdoor dining table seating 6–8 — perfect for meals al fresco with a view.
🍳 Kitchen
A fully stocked open kitchen with cups, plates, pots, pans, and all your cooking essentials. A drip coffee maker is provided along with complimentary Starbucks coffee and half and half.
🧺 Garage & Laundry
The garage is shared with the upstairs unit and is where the washer and dryer are located. Laundry detergent is not provided for long-term stays — please bring your own. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys are also stored in the garage for your use. Please keep the garage door closed when not in use.
🌊 Beach & Outdoors
The home is just a block from the beach — tide pools and a surf break to the left, a sandy beach straight ahead. We're happy to provide towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, and toys for all your beach needs. Towels are in the living room and chairs and toys are in the garage.
Step outside to your private deck featuring a hot tub, BBQ, and outdoor dining table — all exclusively for your use during your stay. ♨️
🚗 Parking
Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the garage. The rest of the driveway is reserved for the upstairs unit.
📶 WiFi
High-speed WiFi throughout the unit. The password can be found in the Welcome Book inside the home.
📷 Safety & Cameras
For guest safety, there are 2 cameras in the driveway and a sound monitoring device in the living room. The device does not record sound — it only detects if sound levels exceed a certain decibel limit to prevent parties.
🔑 Check-in & Guest Access
The downstairs unit and private patio are all yours — make yourself at home! Just a heads up — a few areas are off limits: the bike in the garage and the upstairs rooftop. Please don't venture up the pink spiral staircase, as the upstairs unit is a separate rental.

• Duplex building: This is a duplex — there is a separate 3-bedroom unit upstairs. The only shared area is the garage. The upstairs unit does not have access to your patio or hot tub.
• Pets: Not permitted. Please reach out to Stay SB for any questions.
• Early luggage drop or late parking: Not available, as we can't monitor belongings or interrupt the cleaning crew between stays.
• Additional cleaning: Available for longer stays at an added cost — just ask in advance.

🌙 Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Mussel Shoals is a close-knit and private community — please be respectful of neighbors.
