Centrally located in South Lake Tahoe, yet close to the gorgeous National Forest, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy all aspects of Lake Tahoe simultaneously. Beach access is just minutes away while the mountains are truly in your backyard. The interior is equally ideal. The main great room boasts an open floor plan , large windows and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy conversing while prepping dinner while the grandparents play cards at the dining table and let the kids romp around upstairs while the adults detox by the Sauna. Everyone can be together at once in this spacious arena. But don't stay at home too long, be sure to go take a walk and enjoy The Natural feel of being in the Woods.
Just over three miles from the express lifts at Heavenly Mountain Resort and four miles from the shores of Lake Tahoe. When the sun is shining you can hit the water with a jet ski or stand-up paddle board after playing a round of golf at the Bijou Municipal Golf Course

12 of us traveling to ski Heavenly. The house was clean and plenty of room to sleep us all comfortably. Communication was great and easy. Very close drive to California base lodge. Pool was an awesome addition for the teens!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. First of all, the host really worked with us when 7 of the 9 people going on our trip got sick with the flu. And then when we forgot a baby monitor they mailed it back to us. Oh and randomly the coffee pot broke and they had a new one to us within 30 minutes. It was really next level customer service and responsiveness! The house is big and clean and there was plenty of space for the 9 of us - a mix of adults and children. We cooked in the kitchen and had all the equipment we needed. Even for baking. We had a great time and I am super grateful for the host’s flexibility and kindness!

Great family property with amenities

We enjoyed our stay with our kids. Perfect space to spread out, enjoy the pool, sauna, pool table and still be close to Lake Tahoe and other areas for exploring. Would stay again!

Two families becoming one

This was family time to get to know each other since the family is becoming one; we had an absolute best family time at this house we could not ask for more! Location was the best and Zorka and Julio were the best…top rated! Definitely would rent again.

Great location

This house was about 10-15 min to everything! It was perfect to explore Tahoe. The house was super clean, had comfy beds and nice towels. Perfect for our group of 13 adults. And the property manager was super at communicating!

The property is represented well in the listing. It's at a convenient location to go to the slopes as well as to the casinos. I would definitely consider this place again in the future.

Perfect for large families

We had our large family and had a wonderful time. The weather was warm in the morning and had thunder storms the afternoon. Having the indoor pool kept the kids entertained! The house was clean and organized.

Would have given four stars but the house was extremely hot and the pool was not heated. House was clean and property manager was very nice and answered all questions quickly!

Hello Kayley! We are so sorry you found the house hot. Tahoe is 70-80, and its really rare to have AC in central heating in the houses. We do offer fans and a portable AC unit for whoever is very use to using AC. For example people coming from Vegas and Texas they are just use to, It is upon request and like you say We answer very quickly to all request, our manager Julio is on top of things, and would have brought and extra portable AC, other than the one placed in the common are already, if possible and house breakers could keep up with it. It helps cool the house. Opeining all windows is always recommended as heat rises and fans push the hot air out. I wish you could have contacted us to help. Being so hot, We keep the pool at 82 considering that is an indoor pool an heat collects through the windows as well. I'm sad We couldn't get a better rating specially considering We are starting to host this house, You were a great guest, WE just wish You could have communicated better. Wishing you the best always.

Great Size for the whole family

The house is well located, really less than 5 minutes to services. Big bedrooms, none were really the short straw. They made sure to have fans and AC in the bedrooms but with windows opened at night they weren't really needed. Well stocked kitchen. Pool and sauna were a big bonus. I can imagine how fun that would be after skiing

New Years in Tahoe

This house is advertised. Spacious with all needed amenities. We even lost power during a major snow storm, house was equipped with a ton of lanterns and the gas fire place kept the house warm while the power was out for hours. Kids, everyone enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam shower. Really all the house needs is a spatula that isn't metal! I recommend this place for any group, so close to town and heavenly ski area.

Great end-to-end experience

Great property and just the right size. Has plenty of space for family to sit around and connect i the living room, dining area, game space, pool, but also enough bedrooms for privacy when folks need to disconnect for a bit. The sauna was another welcome disconnect or small setting to converse. Distance to local stores and skiing is very reasonable. It keeps you aways from the busy tourist heavy areas for walks and enjoying nature. Our Property Manager, Julio, was very helpful and responsive to requests, as well as, providing friendly reminders and suggestions. He really was key to the experience and helped us focus on enjoying our vacation time.

Awesome place - not so good communication

We had a great stay! The home was very well equipped and set up for our family trip with 10 adults/teenagers. Comfortable furniture, beds, & amenities! Plenty of space and things to do: indoor pool, pool table, lots of tv's, etc. the only issue we had was trying to communicate with the management company. We sent several texts to “Julio” who was supposed to be our point of contact… never received and reply over the whole week. Otherwise we would 100% stay again.

The perfect cabin!

10 of us stayed here during our girls trip! It was perfectly comfortable and big enough for us all. The pool was a fun addition. During our stay, a breaker tripped, but property management was responsive and showed us which breaker box it was. During our stay, it was about 80 degrees out. It did get a little warm in the cabin (2 small window AC units provided), but once the sun goes down, we just opened some windows and the cabin cooled down within half an hour. The two AC units were helpful while the sun was still out, though. The amount of kitchen items and utensils provided were perfect for the amount of girls we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful Cabin Near City Center

Our party of 14 stayed in this beautiful home for 3 nights in early November. The home was very spacious for us and never felt cramped. We especially loved the open layout and close proximity of game room to living room and kitchen. It allowed us to be in different communal areas but still be connected. The communication with the propriety manager, Julio, was great. He was very responsive throughout our stay. We had an issue with heating and he did everything he could to resolve the issue. I wouldn’t recommend using pool in winter months. Although the temperature reads high 70s due to the location of the thermometer the rest of the pool felt well below that temp. Home is in a great neighborhood. Located about a 10 minute drive from state line/city center. Would definitely recommend staying in this home.

House is smaller than you’d think

Positives: the house was clean (although the outside bear trash bins had not been emptied from the prior guests). Bathroom toiletries were nice. Swimming pool a big plus. Negatives: the family part of the house, including the kitchen, is much smaller than you expect for a 6 bedroom house. They advertise that it sleeps 14 but the dining room table only seats 8 and the kitchen is small by regular house standards. Some blinds broken and the swimming pool sliding doors did not lock. Be aware that the next door neighbor uses his hot tub in the nude.

The house is confortable but it needs a lot of maintenance, furnitures looks old the wood is scratched really different as the pictures you posted, toilet sit of one of the master room is failing, the heater needs maintenance because the downstairs room don't get warm even with the high temperature. We know 85 degrees are good for a pool but not during winter time, we couldn't use it. Your attention is excellent just be carful with the time because you changed the hours for check in and check out. Thanks and we always can improve.

Well stocked, comfortable, some management issues

The kitchen was well stocked and the house comfortably accommodated a decent number of people comfortably (10 adults and a baby). The sauna, pool, and steam room were great. The property management was very pushy about the rules, starting with a phone call before arrival to go over rules and expectations but was mostly to let us know the cost of things that we could possibility Break and the cost for various violations. There were then multiple text and email reminders, which was a bit unsettling as we were a respectful, quiet group and we're already aware of all the rules and conscious of the fact that the house is in a residential neighborhood. There was also confusion about the checkout time, as the booking email said 10 am and the video monitor inside the house said 11 am. Finally, at 8:30 am a snow removal service showed up without any prior warning and was honking to get us to move the car in the driveway to prepare for the next guests as we were trying to pack up and leave before our 10 am check out. The house itself was fine, but some of the soap holders in the rooms were empty, the hot water ran out quickly, and the kitchen sink leaked. It was clean and comfortable but a bit overpriced for what it is.

This guest unfortunately was upset because snow removal was requesting them to move their cars to perform their work. During the snow time, if not moved you can get trapped, so We request to not leave cars on the way as drivers are on a route. We do enforce the rules because people bring too many cars or don't respect quiet hours. As is known VHRS is on the threat to be banned, We are trying to keep the business going so We can keep welcoming families, Sorry If We wanted to remind you of the rules, it is very be safe than sorry

READ BEFORE RENTING

We had a wonderful weekend in south lake! I will say we were a little disappointed in a few things at this rental. First off, it is VERY run down. Looks as if the owners are doing no upkeep at all. The photos are very deceiving and things look very diffrent. Furniture is very torn up, along with tables, decor, cabinets, and even the carpets. (Carpet oder was awful)Second, there are NO bar stools at the counter or "bar" area which removes 5 additional seats in the main living space. Also, the bar area is a complete waste of space, the living area is not very big and this could be a way better use of space with a small table and chairs (breakfast nook or 2 nice chairs for a reading/coffee corner)Third, the pool was WAY over chlorinated and our female children where screaming that there private parts where burning after 20min in the water!? Additionally we could not even brush their hair, after shampooing & conditioning it with the hair essentials provided at this rental. Very disappointed as I'm sure this is a HUGE selling point for most people interested in renting this property. Would not use this pool again.Fourth, parking is bad. They say you can fit two cars in the garage which is not possible, as there is a refrigerator and an entire corner full of what looks like broken/ miscellaneous furniture items. There was NO power on the back wall as well, so the refrigerator is completely of no use (and it was plugged in?) Two SUVs/Trucks can barely park side by side in th
