Beautiful condo, clean, roomy, well decorated, comfy beds with a very nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The owner responded quickly to all questions. The condo is exactly as described.

Great location

Great location, close to so many of our favorite places on the island. The place had all we needed, plenty of towels and cooking supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

Five Star Stay

Returning visitors! Perfect location on the beach beside cafe on the beach, beautiful view and place to stay. The host Greg is hands down the best host. We look forward to our stay now throughout the year!

Perfect Family Getaway

This property exceeded our expectations! The condo was clean and comfortable for our family (two adults and two young children). We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and well stocked beach closet. We would definitely stay here again!

Our getaway was fabulous

We all absolutely loved our stay here in Gulf Sands. This unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is well maintained and very clean. We are looking forward to another stay in the future.

The property was perfect. Steps away from the beach. Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Pool was clean and water temperature perfect. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Great Condo- Wonderful Location!

Even before we arrived, the owner had contacted me several times to make sure that we were all set for arrival. The condo was nicer than expected, and in a great location. Next to the public beach with breakfast on the beach at the restaurant. It was very nice and extremely convenient.

Beach vacation

We love Anna Maria Island, and this year was no exception. Our first stay at this property was perfect for access to the beach. It is easy to navigate the island and being by the public beach was perfect. The condo is clean, decorated beachy, and updated. We watched the sunset from the balcony. We plan on going back.

Would Definitely Return!

The condo met our expectations. It was very clean & comfortable. Nice pool, convenient parking, and we loved the proximity to the beach. It gets a little busy at Manatee County Park next door, but if you take a few more steps to the right on the beach, you don’t even notice the crowds next door. We loved our stay here & would definitely return!

Brand New Reno and Decor

The unit was delightful; lovely, clean, well-stocked, an ocean-view balcony and a wonderful pool.The decor was beautiful! It was the 4th unit in this property we've rented, and it was definitely our favorite. The contact person was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. We will return!

Absolutely loved the Condo and Location!

This Condo was clean , very nicely decorated and had a beautiful view outside the balcony and master of the ocean. The beach was gorgeous with white sand and turquoise water. Beautiful sunsets. The location of the condo was perfect . The beach house cafe just steps away and Skinny’s for the best burger across the street. We took the Monkey Bus to bridge street and had a blast!!

Perfect vacation spot!

This was our third summer coming to AMI, and my husband I both agree that this was by far our favorite property that we have stayed! This location cannot be beat! We enjoyed the pool, which was well-maintained, and the condo is steps from the beautiful beach. The condo was very clean and very well-stocked with everything you need for a great vacation, from all of your kitchen needs to beach chairs and a wagon. The beds were so comfortable, and we had plenty of towels/linen for our family. Greg was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great vacation to the beautiful AMI!!
