Great Place to Stay

This is a great location. Central on the island, within walking distance to several restaurants. Very clean, easy to get in and out of. Very short walk to the beach. If we are ever back in the area, we would be happy to stay at this property again!

Great condo on the beach

This property was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice beach and an ocean view from the balcony. I highly recommend eating at a local restaurant named “Eat Here”. Great gulf shrimp and lobster tacos!

GREAT PLACE

This condo was perfect! We enjoyed our stay and it was fully stocked. Not packing beach chairs, towels and toys was a plus and made our travels easier. VERY CLEAN and SPACIOUS. Nice beach view from patio!

This is a perfect location, great condo, great pool, unbelievable beach ! Close to everything. Probably will be back next year. You should book early as this unit goes quick. Great owner as well !

Beautiful updated condo

Beautiful condo, great location, wonderful pool and beautiful beach. This condo is right beside the beach cafe ......wonderful breakfasts with a view. I also love that this unit has a washer and dryer so no need to pack a ton of clothes!

Perfect

Great communication with owner and property mgr. Condo was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Great location on the beach. Close to everything. Beautiful sunsets with live music at the tiki bar on the beach (2min walk). Hope to return next year.

this condo was great & Lou was wonderful to deal with!

This condo was just great! The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, a ton of beach towels which is a plus that I didn’t have to pack any in my suitcase. And a bunch of beach supplies and we added a few beach mats, swim masks and a fishing pole with supplies. We really enjoyed our time at AMI first time we were there but won’t be the last time!! Also, loved that there was a snack shack and a Tiki Hut to get adult drinks while spending the day at the beach.

Best Vacation Ever!

This was by far the best vacation we've ever had. The condo is perfect.. everything about it. Clean, neat, stocked with anything you need, close to the beach, nice pool, I could go on and on. The only complaint I have is that the week went by way too fast. Lou is absolutely wonderful. We also got to meet Bonnie, who helps clean the property and what not. She was FABULOUS as well! This is truly a special place!

Hidden Gem

The pictures do not do this condo justice. Clean, well-decorated, with everything you could possibly need for the week and more. The housekeeper is amazing and a wonderful resource. The pool is large, warm and quiet. The owner provides everything you need for the beach, which is steps away. The balcony is secluded but has a nice view of the water. Beds are comfy. Seriously, don’t pass this one up!

Great Summer Vacation

Frankly I was a little skeptical to rent from a stranger but I have to say that I got a wonderful surprise when I walked into this condo. It was everything that the description said and more. It was extremely clean, comfortable and the owner was absolutely wonderful. I am planning to do this vacation again next year. If you are looking to relax in a beachfront condo, look no further. HEAVEN ON EARTH🥰🥰🥰🥰

First timer -VRBO Taking a vacation by myself I was very nervous....I didn’t want to leave Once I got there....AND I had the tail end of Sally☹️....I didn’t even care....the facility is literally yards from the beach even carrying towels and coolers...I cannot actually describe just how beautiful it is there... EVERYTHING as described...wanted for nothing and was able to catch up with old friends nearby.... did not have enough time to check out all the restaurants BUT WILL on my return trip......YESSSSSS DEFINITELY will be coming back....hopefully won’t be long!!! Wonderful communication with owner and local person on the island....even cooked one night...the most relaxing I’ve been ....the day I made it to the beach...I doubt my pulse was registering....not crowded AT ALL....also swam in the pool in light rain!!!!! As a kinda “germaphobe”. Everything was great...I’m an early riser—- first night I slept till 9 AM 😱😱😱😱...JUST DO IT!!! Belinda B-N.C.

Perfect Condo

This condo is perfect in every way & Lou is fabulous to work with! The photos on the listing do not do it justice. The decor and beds have been updated since the photos were taken. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a beach/toy closet downstairs with many extra's for the beach. It was also great to be able to leave our tent in that closet every day. Be sure to walk around to the other side of the pool for the elevator. We didn't notice it until we had all of our luggage & "stuff" upstairs. You're just at the top of the stairs, so it wasn't bad to carry everything up. The complex is very quiet. There is a very nice (deep) pool. Most evenings we were the only ones at the pool. The only negative about the complex is, there is no grill. Everything you need is on the island, so it's very convenient. We met locals who told us of a few places to eat and we were not disappointed. A few places we ate are Harry's, Cortez Kitchen, Rod & Reel and the best was Tide Tables (get the grouper bites). Be sure to visit Beer Can Island. It's a short drive to Long Boat Key. Beautiful there!! Anna Maria Island is awesome, very quaint. It's like stepping back in time to old Florida. We loved it! The most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. Be sure to leave a nice note in the guest book. It was fun to read those and see where all of the guest's came from. Thanks Lou for a fantastic 10 year anniversary trip!

Relaxation

Great location enjoyed our favorite place to go the ocean. Enjoyed some crab legs and just relaxing. Place comfortable and had everything you needed.

Very clean! Located right by trolley sto0 anf beach. Property manager was easy to contact and very helpful. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Location location location

Lovely Place!
