Features stunning, breathtaking Ocean views with an Enclosed glass Balcony that opens with a railing to enjoy the ocean breezes and hear the ocean waves. During certain times of year, you will be able to wake up to a beautiful sunrise while drinking your coffee in multiple rooms of the condo. You can also see the lighthouse. You are able to see ocean skyline from the kitchen, family room, sunroom and even the master shower.

Custom tongue and groove wood ceilings, wide open floor plan, Brand new Kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, with Stainless Steel Appliances. Featuring Washer & Dryer behind closed doors. Anastasia Condos is a beautiful gated community with amenities that include a heated pool, newly resurfaced tennis/pickle ball court, private walkover to the beach, and three elevators. Condo has grocery carts and luggage carts for your convenience in transporting luggage, groceries, etc.

The Antastasia condos has a beautiful gated beach walkover that has been newly redone with no stairs for convenience of walking to the beach and strolling carts and wagons. You are also available to drive on the beach if you wish. When you return from the beach, you will have Brand new shower area & wash off area for your convenience.

The Resort style pool at the Anastasia Condominiums is heated during the winter months. It also has some shaded areas and sunbathing layout areas also with a second floor layout deck. The pool also has adjacent bathroom facilities with shower.

Historic downtown is located just a short drive down A1A where you will find a load of local famous restaurants, shopping, family activities, and ample things to do. This condo is also very conveniently located to grocery stores, wonderful restaurants, walgreens, etc. that are just a block away.

Spring Break in St. Augustine

We rented the condo over Spring Break in early April. The weather was beautiful, warm enough to sit on the beach and cool enough to do all the tourist attractions in St. Augustine without breaking a sweat. The condo is spacious; we are a family of 5 with three small children. They had all the beach stuff, which was great, including a wagon. There was a washer and dryer, which was awesome. There is no balcony but a great view of the beach and the ability to open the double doors, get the beach breeze, and hear the ocean. The pool was plenty warm enough to swim in (in April). St. Augustine is 15-25 minutes, depending on what's happening with the bridge. The condo is close to lots of stores and restaurants. We used the Publix app and did grocery pick-up. The liquor store is right next door. We had lunch at Columbia in St. Augustine, which was pricey but fun. We also ate at Commanders, which has casual and fun seafood on the riverside. I highly recommend the ghost tour, the pirate ship boat ride, the lighthouse, the Basilica, and walking the town in St. Augustine. There is so much to do. The beach is great; you can drive on it via a 4-wheel drive. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends looking for a fun, beautiful, affordable destination in northern Florida.

Fantastic

Location is convenient to restaurants and places to shop. Steps away from the beach and plenty of items for the beach were provided. Nice relaxing view and sounds of the beach at night.

Wonderful place to relax

First time staying at this condo, now it will be the only one my husband and I want to stay in for our annual trip to St Augustine. The condo owners are wonderful to work with and easy to reach. The condo itself is beautiful, clean, and has almost everything you need.

was a disappointing

Unfortunately when we first entered the property smelled like if who ever was there before smoked. The condo was not clean, the mirrors and glasses were very dirty, the table counter and chairs looked like they havent been cleaned in weeks and i wiped them off and sent pic to owner. The linen smelled like sweat and had hair in beds in master and one of twins i had to change all the linen. The main reason we liked the property was the opening door in the master but the screen door was broken and we werent able to leave the door open and enjoy because of the mosquitos and the screen door was broken. Was upset that we werent getting what they advertised it would have made a difference in getting that unit or another one. The dryer was broken horrible sound and the owner ended up ordering another unit but we werent able to benefit that. We stayed for 7 days and only had two small kitchen bags and we had to buy more supplies for the kitchen. The beach chairs were horrible and we bought two to use.The appliances in kitchen so outdated we brought keurig cups and couldnt use. The building had a fitness center but guests are not able to use so I just used a planet fitness about 20 min from location. We didnt watch much tv but horrible connection and even though there was one night with bad weather the poor images were shown before and after still.The owner was nice and communicative and said that she would return $50 for the inconveniences but I did not find the stay worth it at all.

Great Location

This was our 5th stay in the beach area and within a 2 yr span . By far this unit was the best overall.We enjoyed several fireworks displays from the condo looking North and North West.Beach access was very good via a 1st class boardwalk. Unit was nicely updated and we could not have asked for more.

We enjoy hearing the wonderful stories and vacation getaways that our guest tell us. It is very fulfilling to us that we help families have a nice relaxing getaway. We keep our phone always with us so that if you need anything we can help. We are always striving to do things better and always want to know if we are missing anything etc. We try to think of everything. Welcome to your home away from home.

This unit has been completely gutted, walls knocked down, etc. Everything is brand new. We have a lot of unique features that we think you will enjoy. The Antastasia has 3 elevators, shopping carts and luggage carts. A beautiful pool that has a bathroom and a shower. The new walkover to the beach is great, no stairs so you can easily wagon your things to the beach. The Antastasia has a washing station also. Guest enjoy pickle ball, tennis, & the property also has a basket ball court.

Condo is gated and in a great location. Very convenient to grocery stores, many great restaurants, the amphitheater and much more & of course the famous Historic downtown St. Augustine. The condo is very well kept, very clean & the gardens are very well taken care of. This condo has a glassed in balcony so you can stay cool or warm and enjoy the beautiful Oceanview. It has a very open floorpan and feels very homey and spacious.
