Game room, large back yard, close to fabulous restaurants and local pubs. Shopping and fun parks for your family to enjoy. Dance your night away with a great night life within walking distance. Only an hour drive to all of the Orlando attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Sea World, Lego Land. Just 15 minutes from world famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach.
Diane Circle is professionally cleaned and disinfected beyond the CDC Recommended Covid practices. All new linens, you can play darts and enjoy drinks with your friends in the game room, flat screen TVs and so much more. New gas grill on the back porch. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella provided.
Golf cart and bicycle rentals are available just minutes away at Bob's Beach Bicycle Works (trekbikes.com) and Gorilla Rides (gorillarides.com).
The newly renovated kitchen is stocked with microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, coffee bar and all the cookware and knives a chef could ever desire. Full size washer and dryer with laundry detergent.
Downtown Melbourne and Historic Downtown Eau Gallie are just minutes away from Diane Circle. Local breweries are in both of these areas along with delightful local restaurants, with all types of food. There is fishing, surfing, boating , golfing and miles and miles of trails for bike riding and walking.
