We stayed here after the birth of our daughter and before we could fly home. We were so pleased to find an immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable space to spend that first week. Tommy was a great host who accommodated a changing schedule and was super friendly. We highly recommend this property to future visitors!

LOVED THIS PLACE!Our family of four had the best long weekend in Melbourne Beach at this gorgeous house. Super relaxing with all the amenities and only a block from a quiet beach access. We saw huge sea turtles and even some of their babies make their way from the sand to the water in the mornings. Everything was so awesome. Would love to stay here again!! We were so sad to leave today!! Till next time! Many thanks for the wonderful weekend!

The home was beautifully updated and well appointed with everything we needed throughout our stay. The location, just one block from the ocean, was fantastic. The host was extremely welcoming and responsive to questions. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals, and this home was our favorite by far.

We absolutely fell in love with this house and location! The house is absolutely stunning—every detail is thoughtfully designed, beautiful, and truly feels like home.The location is perfect, with beach access literally one minute away, and great restaurants nearby, including Melbourne Beach Market.We had the best time as a family and with friends—it was exactly what my family needed. Other than the issue with the air conditioner our experience was ok. I would suggest ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Even with the air on and running ok, and the fans running in the bedrooms, ceiling fans would have added to the comfort in the bedrooms.The kitchen had everything available to use. The host provided more items than I expected, it was very appreciated. Host was very available when I had questions and most helpful. Thanks very much to the host.

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The host, Tommy, was welcoming from the start and extremely responsive throughout our visit.The house has been recently updated and is very nicely laid out — comfortable, functional, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. The fenced-in yard was also beautifully maintained, which we really appreciated. It added a great sense of privacy and made the outdoor space especially enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

An absolute dream home! Do you want to spend evenings hanging out on the lanai or laying on the large swing bed with the doors open and breeze coming through? Do you enjoy walking to local shops and restaurants and being less than a block from the beach? If so, this place is the best!! The house was fully equipped with everything we could require, and fit the needs of our family ages 2-72. The owners were responsive, friendly and gave wonderful suggestions. We’re looking forward to finding an excuse to go back!

We had a fabulous 4 day get away with our family over the Christmas break. The house was perfectly appointed and the communication from the host before and during our stay was exceptional! We took advantage of the beach chairs and toys every day at the beach. We used the grill and cookware two separate nights for dinners and walked to a local spot for the 3rd night. Looking forward our next trip to this hidden gem!

So nice to just walk or bike to the local market, coffee shop or the several restaurants right from our house. Wow, what a beautiful home that was just a short walk to the beach! Incredibly homey, recently updated, super clean, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The bonus was a great communicating host who checked in throughout our stay, having beach items (chairs, coolers, toys, etc) available for us to use, and that hanging bed in the house was probably my favorite spot to relax after a long day. The market and a few eateries were just down the street as well - loved Rockies Cafe! Thank you for such a great stay!!

The moment you arrive smelling the salt air, hearing the ocean waves, admiring the professionally designed home and tropical landscape sets your vacation in motion. The beach, river, park, international full-service grocery, restaurants and coffee shops are all so close. Happy to hear you appreciated all the new beach gear including, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs and the fully stocked home making your stay so enjoyable. The house keeping team does an exceptional job keeping the house in tip top shape for each guest. And yes, if the comfortable beds were not relaxing enough… the hanging bed in the sunroom is a favorite space to unwind from sunrise to sunset! Coffee on the front covered porch or family dinning under the pergola after a day at the beach… sounds like the place was just perfect. what can we say more than our favorite VRBO! exactly as (better than?) pictured! just perfect - the space, the layout, the proximity to coffee and meals and the beach!Tommy was so easy to communicate with and also so thoughtful… He remembered that we were in town for our son’s college graduation (Florida Tech!!) and made sure they were flowers in outdoor pots and an iron so that we could iron our clothes after traveling! so thoughtful. And what we loved about his place? great space with lots of room, so beautifully appointed, and everything was there - great towels (and plenty of them) tons of dishes and glassware, (admittedly we did not cook), tons of beach gear, etc. and about a half a block from the beach and coffee and restaurants!i wish we had more time to just stay in the house and relax but we were frequently on the move. it was close to everything but also felt away from the hustle and bustle. if you have kids at Florida Tech - highly recommend this home!

After many years I returned to visit my old neighborhood in Melbourne Beach where I grew up and was so lucky to find this beachside vacation home for our visit. A beautiful renovated home, nice decor, spacious, plenty of loungers to relax. The beds and bedding are super comfortable as well as the large sofa . A nice touch to have a hanging bed in the Florida Room. The kitchen was amazingly stocked and there were many extra touches that make a guest feel welcomed. Tommy the host, was a pleasure to communicate with. He answered questions quickly and accommodated a few requests I had. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is walking distance to the beach, pier, shops and restaurants. Their are bikes, and beach towels and many things for families to enjoy while staying there. I hope anyone staying there will take good care of this home as you can see the love and care the host put into making this a great vacation home. We look forward to return in future. 3 words.. MOVE IN READY. We travel quite a bit for our daughter’s college softball team and this was the best property we have ever stayed at. Tommy communicated with me before, during and after our trip and answered questions we didn’t even know we would have. Everything in the house is brand new and decorated in tranquil Florida decor. Another set of softball parents stayed with us and they also said it was the best “home away from home” they ever stayed at as well. He has thought of every detail imaginable that would be needed for our stay. Comfy beds, condiments in the pantry, any and all kitchen appliances needed, and the best part is the beach chairs. The chairs are on a beach cart making everything easily portable for the less than a quarter mile walk to the beach (literally 3 houses and one road to the beach). Both the front yard and back yard are stunning and has great furniture to relax on and listen to ocean sounds at the end of a long day. Right next to the beach access is a wonderful place called “ Sand on the Beach”. We went there 4 times. They open early and stay open late. Great breakfast and dinners. Everything is within walking distance from this perfect home. Book it.. you will not be sorry. Thanks for sharing your beautiful house with us Tommy.

Happy the beach chairs and cart made your easy trips to the shore even more enjoyable, and that you were able to take advantage of the local restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery store as well. So nice to hear you all enjoyed the house and property especially because is was perfect place to call home as you attended your daughters softball games.
