Wonderful to hear your family enjoyed staying at our home and the location provided exactly what you were looking for: easy access to the beach, river, restaurants making for an exceptional relaxing holiday. As you mentioned, having beach bikes, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, towels and coolers ready to go makes for a perfect effortless vacation. *Thanks for sharing your picture from the day trip to the local "Gator Land" park, Im sure your children enjoyed that activity along with surf fishing at the beach and exploring the beautiful, relaxing neighborhood. So nice to just walk or bike to the local market, coffee shop or the several restaurants right from our house. In addition the tropical, private, professionally landscaped property especially the back yard is an tranquil oasis for complete escape to tropical paradise! We look forward to hosting you again! We are thrilled you and your family enjoyed staying at our beach house! Our property is a premium location so close to the ocean yet so private on one of the prettiest streets in Melbourne Beach. The moment you arrive smelling the salt air, hearing the ocean waves, admiring the professionally designed home and tropical landscape sets your vacation in motion. The beach, river, park, international full-service grocery, restaurants and coffee shops are all so close. Happy to hear you appreciated all the new beach gear including, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs and the fully stocked home making your stay so enjoyable. The house keeping team does an exceptional job keeping the house in tip top shape for each guest. And yes, if the comfortable beds were not relaxing enough… the hanging bed in the sunroom is a favorite space to unwind from sunrise to sunset! Coffee on the front covered porch or family dinning under the pergola after a day at the beach… sounds like the place was just perfect.
