Now with a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room! This gorgeous 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has been completely updated with all new kitchen, bath, beautiful coastal art, luxurious furnishings and TWO fireplaces. Relax on the patio overlooking the dunes and listen to the waves meet the shore. The master en suite has a queen bed and its own electric fireplace to enjoy cozy nights. Our condo faces Santa Cruz perfect to enjoy gorgeous sunsets.

Our condo is located in a gated community which offers amenities such as Pickle Ball, basketball, and tennis courts for family fun. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!

Perfect for a couple or family of 4; with a fireplace for those breezy beach nights. Wake up a short walk away from the beach! Although this home does not have a BBQ, you can still enjoy drinking coffee or tea on your own patio deck amid the beautiful greenery of the dunes, with the beach just steps away. Our beach condo is Professionally managed & Sanitized, with On Site staff 7 days a week for anything you might need!

Stop by the lobby and look at the selection of sports equipment you can borrow for free, browse the DVD library and gift store where you can find breakfast foods, beer & wine, comfy beach clothing, gifts and great kites to fly on those breezy days! Free WIFI is included.

Located right on the central coast between Monterey and Santa Cruz; Pajaro Dunes is a jewel you are sure to want to visit more than once. super place & location

nice place - small, cute, comfortable - great location and super quiet serene. Highly recommend for get-away at the beach.

Great location!

We loved how close this unit was to the beach. We enjoyed a sunset walk every evening. The shorebirds were fun to watch.

Even The Weather was Outstanding

Our location was near the beach, our home was as advertised, and the Weather was Outstanding. We were able to walk the beach many times and each time was wonderful. Can't wait to come back.

A beautiful spot to get away from it all

This condo is good for a couple, as it has one bedroom and one bathroom. The location is on the walkway. Easy access to beach. Kitchen has what you need. Bed very comfy. Quiet and you can hear the ocean, but just view of dunes. The only issues are that the chair in patio was broken and the shower has a very tricky step down, so it is not a good choice for someone with limited mobility.

Relaxing Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay here and would return! The property is wonderfully furnished with great care and artistic touches and the kitchen has all the amenities just like home. Very cozy and comfortable! Every day, we took advantage of being only a short walk from the beach and spent hours walking and sitting there. The only suggestion we have is to ensure the property is cleaned more thoroughly between guest stays. We found the kitchen counters and rugs in need of a bit more attention. Other than than that, we loved this place! Thank you!

visit to the dunes

Property was well equipped with all necessary amenities First floor location was a must as there is no real access for luggage to the upper floors Rubbermaid carts were very helpful and available Inside property was very dark and damp for the most part with inadequate bathroom lighting, particularly the shower Bathroom has an ant problem Outside deck is in need of work as it is old and uncomfortable Entire property has a skunk problem and evenings were wrung with their unpleasant odor Check in was poorly handled. We arrived at 2 PM and although the property was cleaned and empty, we were not granted access til 4PM. We were told we would receive a call if property was available before 4, but that turned out to be an unprofessional stall job

Hello Steven, We appreciate your feedback! We are happy to hear that the condo was well equipped and had all necessary amenities. We apologize for the issues you experienced. The condos do tend to become damp due to being near the ocean and being exposed to the moisture of the salt air but we try to have them aired out during our inspections prior to arrivals. We will share the feedback regarding the deck and lighting in the home with the owner and hope to get those updated. The property is actually a qualified Green Resort thus we do not use any harsh chemicals and help keep the wild life safe. We will relay the issues you had with the skunk smell to the HOA. Our guaranteed check in time is 4pm and we do give courtesy calls if the home becomes available prior. In order to do this our housekeeping team works hard and updates us throughout the day when homes become clear. You were not granted access even though the home was cleaned and empty due to their being last minute maintenance that needed to be looked at. This maintenance was found during the inspection our team does before renters are let in. We want to have everything in working condition for our renters thus this last inspection is needed. We do offer another option which is a paid guaranteed early in. If you are interested in this for the future we ask that you give our office a call and we can provide further details. Pajaro Dunes Shorebird 174

Cute place! While we didn't have a ocean view (which we knew ahead of time), the view of the dunes was relaxing and you could hear the ocean. You are maybe 30 seconds walking, to the beach! The bed was awesome, some sort of temperpedic mattress. The bathroom, kitchen and livingroom were nicely done. It was a relaxing place, with great service at the lobby. I marked it a 4 star for cleanliness as we did find bread crumbs on the carpet, and the outside of the windows were in bad need of cleaning. Nothing we couldn't live with nor would we consider it unclean. The only thing we had a hard time with was the lighting. After the sun set, the condo was dark for us. There is only one lamp in the livingroom so if you wanted to read on the couch, you were out of luck. The other lighting was dim...the dining area, the kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom had good lighting though! Note...there are no coffee pods, so take your own! Also, there was no ice, even tho there were trays in the freezer. All minor items. We would stay at this condo again!
