Welcome to our secluded forest retreat, a hidden gem nestled between the ocean and wine country. This spacious, cozy studio is just minutes from white sand beaches, 5-star restaurants, charming farms, vineyards, art & culture spots, parks, and more.
You’ll fall in love with the peaceful surroundings and natural beauty. We’ve created our own little utopia here — complete with a serene freshwater pond filled with elder koi, two gentle waterfalls, and a peaceful sitting area that’s yours to enjoy.
The Space:
The studio is spacious, meticulously cleaned, and comfortably furnished with a cozy queen bed. Just behind the bed, large windows bring in views and the soothing sound of the nearby waterfalls — nature’s perfect white noise.
Whether you’re heading to the beach or exploring the lush vineyards, you’re in luck — both are just minutes away. There’s even a local farm stand just 2 miles down the road, perfect for picking fresh strawberries and other seasonal treats.
The property is easily accessible via Sunrise Highway or Route 27, and we’re within a mile of both on/off ramps.
Guest Access:
✅ Koi pond sitting area – open to you any time, a beautiful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset drink.
🚫 Please note that the tennis court, swimming pool, outdoor Viking kitchen, and outdoor shower are not included in this booking.
Other Things to Note:
We do have a few friendly animals on the property — all well-behaved and unlikely to disturb your stay.
🐟 Our koi (there are many!) love to be fed — feel free to drop some food in and watch them swarm.
🦆 Two resident ducks also roam around and are sweet, mellow companions. You’re welcome to feed them too — or simply enjoy the view from afar.
