Lake Winnipesaukee Boaters Delight with Dock

This well-maintained Lake Winnipesaukee home offers easy canal boating access to the open waters of the lake and is just a short drive from the Town of Center Harbor. Located at the very end of the cul de sac, this great home offers a rolling lawn down to the canal where you can hop in your boat and enjoy all that Winnipesaukee has to offer. The dock will accommodate your boat up to 21 feet in length. Relax in a lounge chair on the deck and catch up on your reading or enjoy your meals on the screen porch while gazing down to the water and out to the hills beyond. The screen porch also boasts a seating area for after dinner relaxation and conversation. Inside you'll find the charming open living area with a pretty field-stone fireplace (sorry, the fireplace is off limits and cannot be used), a seating area for relaxing and the kitchen. Off the living area is the TV room complete with comfy seating and a smart TV for use with your own streaming services. There are no cable or satellite TV services at this property. The main floor also hosts the master bedroom with king bed, French doors out to the screen porch and access to the full bath and laundry room. Down to the lower level is where you'll find two more bedrooms and another full bath. The downstairs TV and the TV in the master bedroom are for use with a DVD player only. Ready to head out to explore all the Lakes Region has to offer? This property is centrally located by car or boat to all the area attractions! Once back at the house, top your day off with a little competition with the board games included or enjoy burgers cooked on the gas BBQ grill. What are you waiting for? Call your vacation mates and head to the lake!

Please note: This home is located on a canal, and while it offers quick access to the big lake for boating, the waterfront offers a pond-like setting which may not be ideal for swimming.

If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $75 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.

NOT WHAT WE EXPTED

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: HOUSE HAD MANY MANY LITTLE BLACK ANTS THAT GO INTO STUFF..LAKE AREA WAS NOT THE GREATEST, AND THE DOCK WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO FIT A 21 FOOT BOAT WAS ONLY 9 FEET LONG AND VERY SHALLOW SO I COULD NOT USE MY BOAT. WE COULD NOT GET THE GRILL TO IGNITE I THINK THE GAS REGULATOR ON THE TANK WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. i REALLY DO NOT LIKE TO COMPLAIN YOUR COMPANY HAS ALWAYS BENN ON THE UP AND UP AND WE WILL BE CONTACTING YOU NEXT YEAR FOR ANOTHER STAY. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE WE HAD A COUPLE OF RENTALS ON LAKE KANASATKA AND THOSE ARE IN THE RUNNING IF ANYTHING BECOMES AVAILABLE...THANK YOU BOB

Great family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location with a quiet setting. We spent most of our time on the screened deck airy and bug free. All the bedding and creature comforts were good with well stocked kitchen. The only complaint would be the low water pressure for showering otherwise very nice vacation week for our family. This polroperty is enjoyed best with a boat.

Well furnished rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well furnished canal side vacation home. Our family of six adults had enough space to accommodate both the early risers and the late night owls. The home is tucked away nicely for both privacy and parking. Near to town for quick trips for supplies. Wonderful neighborhood to walk around and view.
