Family Friendly Getaway 3bd/2ba w/ Pool

Charming, single-story home in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. This 3 bedroom/2bathroom home is an excellent space for any group of families. The backyard is a vacation dream w/ an oversized travertine patio, a putting green, outdoor kitchen (equipped with BBQ), pool, and




dining area. Minutes from numbers of bars, restaurants, golf courses and shopping. Relax & enjoy vacation!

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation.

A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.

Please note that we set our pool temperatures between 76 to 78 degrees. It takes about 12-16 hours for the pool to fully heat.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ and fire pit. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV`s in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

The home was clean, but sparing on necessary items for home comfort. An Example, one towel/wash cloth per person for a weeks stay is not enough. 8 forks and spoons-not enough. Cooking pans were in terrible condition making cooking difficult which is suppose to be one of the attraction of short term rentals. The back yard needs help. Very stark and uninviting. And like many of your guests have commented the hot tub situation is not good, but seems to be an ongoing issue. The location was great. The beds comfortable.

Because of using several VRBOs in the past, I was expecting the same level of excellence. It was little things, not enough blankets, only five teaspoons, no cover for the spa. The spa wasn't preheated. It was 63 degress when I went to check on it. It took over 24 hours to get it up to 103. We were there three days before we could use it. That issue was much more important for me for my back issues.

Property was beautiful and clean. We used the pool and hot tub every chance we could get and loved it! Would definitely stay here again. Management communicated thoroughly and in a timely manner as well.

This house was amazing! It was very clean upon arrival, easy check in process. The host was super accommodating as I had an emergency situation and needed a place to stay for 3 weeks same day check in and they were amazing. No issues at all through my entire stay, very nice kitchen with everything you could need at a rental. Beds were super comfortable, lots of towels available. Host was very easy to contact, they would respond within the same hour if I had a question. Sent reminders for trash day/ pool maintenance and gardeners. House is right behind the scottsdale canal, so great areas to walk in the mornings/evenings. Very convenient location to Old town

We spent the week here before dropping one off at college. The house provided us everything we needed to spend fun quality time with the family. House was clean, beds were comfy and the backyard provided hours of fun with the pool/hot tub/golf/and table for visiting and games. Thank you for the memories!

Working Vacation

We came to spend a week in the sun and a pool while we worked. It was a great and convenient location and well suited to work remotely. The beds were comfortable! The only thing of concern was the hot tub cover was broken so we couldn’t use the hot tub everyday because the water was low from evaporation. We didn’t think to ask how to fill it so that was our bad.

Fantastic Location and Solid House

We stayed at the property for 5 days and overall it had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was great - easy ride to lots of things and a great bike/walking path just 2 minutes away.

Everything we hoped for!

The house was comfortable and cute! The pool was extremely clean during our stay. A couple things would have made it even better! The hot tub was extremely chlorinated to the point we couldn't sit in it without coughing. There was no extra blankets. We 100% would come back!

Inside house very clean - the AC did not work in the bunk room . Could not sleep in the top bunks too hot!! Outside patio very dirty with dust all over metal chairs - metal tables very unstable and lounge chairs all broken - lots of weeds too

Like Home Away From Home

The property was fabulous! It had everything we needed and a great atmosphere.The backyard was private and well manicured and was our favorite place to hang out as a family. The pool was beautiful, although we did not swim during our stay - it was still a little chilly outside. The kids had fun putting around with the supplied golf clubs and balls. We all enjoyed the hot tub! It was so relaxing and peaceful when we eased in each evening after we returned from our long day of events. Glaring out under the stars was so peaceful. We also enjoyed eating outside in the evenings under the lights on the covered porch. The kitchen and living room area was a big open space and had everything that we needed. We could cook up a meal with all the well stocked culinary tools at our disposal. We then relaxed in the living room and watched a family movie. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of four. The king-size room was very spacious and had a private door to the outside area. It also had a desk where we could catch up on work. The boys loved the bunk bedroom, and that is where they spent most of their time while indoors. They also enjoyed having the ability to separate and have their own time to read or watch TV, which was available in each of the bedrooms. The full-size washer and dryer were very handy to keep up with our laundry before flying back east. Overall, we were very happy with this house and we highly recommend this property to any families and all that

Clean well equipped for linens dishes pots and pans . Everything you need in kitchen. Adequate towels for both indoor and pool use. Jot tub was a plus. Needs new chaise lounge chairs.

Worn but still great

Had everything we were looking for. Pool and hot tub were clean and hot tub worked great. Put put was worn out and flags weathered. Outdoor lounge chairs were very worn/torn. Inside the house was clean and as shown.

Golf Trip

Everyone was impressed by this property. Proximity to the airport makes it easy for coming/going. Outdoor area is great for enjoying the sunny Arizona days. We would book this property again without hesitation

Great stay in Scottsdale

We stayed with a group of friends for a long girls weekend. It was overall a very good experience - location was great and the accommodations were also very good. We loved running/hiking through the park and running/cycling trails nearby. Our only complaint was that the hot tub was dirty the majority of our trip, but we worked with the property management team to get it resolved and we were still able to enjoy the hot tub before our trip was over. Would definitely recommend! Thanks for an awesome weekend in Scottsdale!
