Love this condo! Iike I was at home! It had everything you need and the bonus was the view! The owner was super sweet and responsive! If you stay don't forget to leave tip for the housekeeper!

So nice to hear you say it made you feel like home, there is no better complement!! The beach is great also. There are so many activities to do on the beach and in town, which is only a short walk. Great indoor salt water swimming pool on site, close to this condo so you don't freeze when you get out. Also, glass blown balls are hidden along the beach outside. The view and access to the beach was perfect. Near all the good places in Lincoln City. Comfy beds and a decent kitchen. It would be nice if there was a dish drain of some sort. But otherwise no complaints.

Our host was very attentive to ensuring we received our check in information and code. The condo was well stocked with so many extras - bedding, movies, sand toys, beach chairs, etc. Very clean and roomy. We would love to stay again!

The host was very responsive. We loved the ground floor, and maybe best of all, the beach (sand) was very close. We walked to the either end of the property and walked down steps and were on the sand. On one end, there were only 8 or so steps! We had a great time.

A new blue leather chair to match the other one, a new refrigerator, and a new pull down murphy bed. Yes, the north end has fewer stair to get to the beach!! We had a beautiful room on the beach, it had been redone in the last year for sure. Did not use or see pool etc. but could do most things by just walking.

Thank you for your review. I am so glad you liked the condo, that makes the stay more enjoyable. The salt water heated swimming pool is in the pool house in the middle off the building, where there are two bathrooms and a dry sauna. I am sorry you did not locate it. It is right behind the laundry room, perhaps they need more signage. Yes, the location of the condo is within walking distance to town, and restaurants. But, the best you did find and use, the beach!!!! I hope to have you back again. Patty

The host was great and had great communication. Being so close to the coastline is great, walking to the beach in less than 5 minutes is awesome. Pur daughter loved being able to swim in the swimming pool.Additional Thoughts:1. We stayed during the winter, so the weather wasn't always conducive to being outside.We stayed inside for peruods to emjoy some down time and views of the ocean. The TV setup can be improved, so if you plan on watching anything, bring your own laptop (you can use the HDMI there).2. I had some really bad WiFi issues, which was in some of the reviews for Sea Gypsy. So I came prepared with additional Mobile Hotspot data.3. The pool water felt fairly cold. Was expecting it to be a bit warmer. 4. The fridge location is not ideal, but I understand that space is limited and there isnt a better place for it.

Thank you for your review. It is great being right on the beach and being able to see the sand and ocean right outside the eight foot slider door to the beach. The saltwater swimming pool is second place to play when the weather outside is not the best. I am sorry you had problems with the WIFI on the TV. It had been worked on just before you arrived, as it is a routine. However, this time it did not improve my condo. I am here now to see what can be blocking the signal. I am glad you were able to find other ways to have family time. I hope you come back another time and month to enjoy the beach. Patty

The condo is in a perfect location for walking along the beach and exploring Lincoln City. Our daughter loved sleeping on the Murphy bed and swimming in the pool. We will definitely recommend staying here to our friends!

Thank you for your review. The condo is right on the beach and completely remolded from floor to ceiling. You mentioned wood smoke, that must have been from bonfires on the beach, the wind must have been just right and got trapped in the condo. Opening the bedroom window and large slider door and using the front room ceiling fan should have removed the smell. I hope the rest of your stay was full of fun and laughter. Patty

Our family owned beach home was originally bought by my mother and father in 1978; whose footprints in the sand have now faded. For years we have been able to build wonderful memories and share much laughter here. I have enjoyed watching my daughters grow up here, playing in the sand and the sun. It has been a wonderful place to get away from it all and leave the hustle and the bustle of the city behind for a weekend or for a week. Now my daughters are grown and we still love spending time here together.. I hope you will come and enjoy the coast and build beautiful memories of your own.

The complex sits back one block from Hwy 101, where its quiet and not on a busy street. Your close enough to walk in town to go through those beachy stores. When you first see the view it will take your breath away. It feels like home and you will want to bring yourself , family and friends back after year.
