Great location! Very peaceful. The second afternoon we was there a momma bear and her three cubs was right off the back deck so that was really neat to see. It was raining and nasty the last two days of our trip so the game room game in ver useful. The only thing negative thing I would say and it wasn’t a big deal is if you have a full size four door truck the half circle drive can be tight but it’s manageable. Would definitely stay again!!!

Relaxing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was perfect for a family of four with two teens. Everyone could have their own space to relax and then we could come together for epic air hockey games. Although my personal favorite was having coffee on the deck and enjoying the wonderful view.

The property was lovely: clean, welcoming and well kept. We didn't even end up using the game room but it looked nice. My favorite area was the reading area with the balcony. So very peaceful.

Perfect place for spring break!

Our family of 4 loved it! 10/10 would stay at this property again. Very roomy, had everything we needed, was close to both Piegon Forge and Gatlinburg, but also just far enough away to be out of the traffic.View and ride up to the house were amazing. Can’t say enough good things about it, we will be back!

Perfect view

The cabin is very updated and clean. Great view and location. Perfect place to stay! Kids enjoyed the game room too!

Loved the game room and the hot tub. And the view from the deck…WOW! The free tickets to attractions were a nice plus.

Beautiful Cabin with Beautiful View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family enjoyed our stay at Eagles View. The cabin was exactly as described. We loved the amazing view from the back porch and the large windows! The kids enjoyed the game room downstairs, and so did the adults. The hot tub was so nice to use after each day of being out and about. We also enjoyed the pool available in the Nobbly Cob Community. The only thing I would suggest is to screenshot the door code and the Wi-fi password sent to you before your arrival. Luckily, I did screenshot the door code. However, I didn't screenshot the wi-fi password, and we didn't have enough signal to get it to load on our phones. Fortunately, I was able to call out to the Bear Tracts customer service, and they were able to tell me the password. It would be helpful to have the wi-fi password posted somewhere in the cabin, like on the fridge, for the guests' convenience. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay at this cabin again if available and use Bear Tracts in the future. We also enjoyed the free attractions perk; we redeemed the free tickets throughout our stay!

Great house and great hosts! The property was clean when we arrived and included everything that was on the listing. The views were spectacular. We had one minor issue with the door lock keypad one night and the maintenance team was very responsive and resolved it in less than five minutes.

My family enjoyed themselves. They wanna go back. Only thing that was missing was the hot tub.

October Hiking Trip

We loved our stay at this property. It is beautiful, has outstanding view of the mountains, and was located well to be base for our daily hiking excursions. We would look to come back to this property when next in the area

A View to Remember, Conditions hoping to forget

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great View from almost everywhere inside and outside of the cabin. I will never forget the rolling clouds and mists ever-changing during the morning times. Great location!However... Upon arrival, we had to immediately spray all the ants around the kitchen sink window area. Wood flooring pieces were coming apart below the kitchen table. Trim molding around the corner of the island removed with exposed sharp nails. Pots and pans not cleaned with grease on most of the lids. Drink cups in the cupboard still had lipstick on rims. Very nice grill had no brush to clean off the charred food that was still remaining on the grate. Steps leading up to the second floor had so much dust and dog hair. White couch unfortunately had grease stains on the back from previous guests.We called about the ants, but they insisted on texts and pictures. We came to relax, not to document a crime scene.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We had a few hiccups with the booking process/getting the door code to check in, but it was resolved before we arrived at the property. We did not realize the roads would be as steep with blind turns going up as they were for the last stretch in the neighborhood, but it was worth it for the view. Overall, the house was very nice with comfortable beds. The dishwasher smelled like mildew, as if it had been left wet inside for an extended period. Would recommend another towel bar/hook in the bathroom. My husband knocked down a wasp nest off the deck. The game room in the basement was great and had some board games provided. Couldn’t beat the view from the kitchen/living room and the area was quiet. We did see a bear once on the side of a hill as we drove down from the house.

Great Cabin!

This is a great cabin with beautiful views and fun games. Kitchen is well equipped and beds we’re comfortable. Had so much fun playing games in the basement!

A+ Experience

Overall one of the best properties I have been to. Felt just like home and the Mountain View were breathtaking. Kids really enjoyed the downstairs area and hot tub. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful views

Comfortable layout- teens enjoyed hot tub and games as well as quiet bedrooms to sleep in. Adults enjoyed sitting by the fire with views of mountains and having cocktails on the porch.

This was our first time staying in Gatlinburg so we didn’t really know what to expect. The house far exceeded my expectations… super clean, beautiful inside and out. The view?? Literally took my breath away each day. What a gem… I’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful views

My family, and I really enjoyed our stay for the past three nights. The house was clean and well furnished. We loved the air hockey and video games as well as the cozy fireplace. The owners communicated well, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Exceptional Stay!

I can’t say enough about this place. The cabin is beautiful and so is the view! Our 3 kids (4, 6, and 9) LOVED the game room and hot tub. Everything was clean and guest services answered any and all questions that we had. We will definitely be back.
