Updated 2 Bedroom Close to Town, Hot Tub, Great View, Resort Pool

The characterization of the cabin as an aging, basic rental is overly critical. Especially with the multiple reviews prior to and after this one all being 5 stars. The property has been consistently maintained and has received significant updates in recent years, including new flooring, ceiling fans, TVs, appliances, granite countertops, furniture, a new hot tub, and exterior staining and more. As a professionally managed vacation rental, the cabin is stocked with the amenities and starter supplies outlined in the listing rather than every item that might typically be found in a personal residence. We work hard to keep the property comfortable, updated, and well maintained, and believe the cabin provides much more than the review suggests. Bear activity is a very real part of visiting the Smoky Mountains, which is why we provide guests with guidance about securing food, trash, and other scented items.

Thank you for the kind words and great rating despite the pinball machines malfunctioning. I am not sure if you reached out to Maintenance during your stay, but we definitely try to stay on top of those things. I’m going to make sure that this has been addressed and that both machines are fully functional.
