One of Folly's Best! The Champagne Cottage is a two bedroom two bath peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home and a quick walk to the 4th street beach access. This home’s open living area invites in plenty of natural light, boasts original hardwood throughout, and has a kitchen stocked with all the tools you need to make a wonderful meal. A Smart TV is available to kick back and stream your favorite shows. Outside you will be able to enjoy a fully fenced yard while you have your morning coffee on the porch. Champagne Cottage does not allow pets.

This house can be booked with its sister property, McGee's Folly.

We enjoyed our recent visit to Champagne Cottage. The home was nicely furnished and the perfect size for my husband, son, and I. It was a short walk to the beach as well as 0.5 mile walk to many great local restaurants.

The best place ever!

This was absolutely the best place we have stayed so far. The house was the perfect size for the four of us. I was beautifully decorated and really felt like we were staying in someone’s personal home. The location was just right. Two blocks from the beach and a short pleasant walk to shops and restaurants. What a great house! It was the perfect size for my spouse and me. The furnishings were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve stayed in.
