Welcome to our Serene Waterfront Oasis on a Palm Coast canal. Professionally decorated, single level, and sleeps 10 adults + 2 kids in 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a spacious open living and big dining area.

Upfront, so there are no surprises:
- The new 7-person spa is always free and available 24/7.
- Pool heat is optional in cooler months, $50 per day for the full stay.
- Boat lift: use only with our prior approval of boat size and type.

The screened outdoor oasis includes a big private pool, the new spa, a seating area with a 55" TV, a deck on the water with Adirondack chairs, a kayak and inflatable paddleboard, beach chairs, pool lounges and a fishing table. Watch dolphins from the backyard. Fishing may require a Florida fishing license.

The house is ranch style: all rooms are on one floor, which is great if you have older guests in your group. Updated kitchen and a big dining table that easily seats 12. Keurig coffee pods are provided for your first few days. Living room has a 65" TV and PS4. Plenty of parking on the driveway, a 2-car garage, and an EV charger.

Bedrooms and beds:
Master bedroom: King + twin over twin bunk, 55" TV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, huge walk-in closet.
Second master: King bed, 43" TV, big closet.
Third master: Queen over queen bunk + full over queen bunk, 43" TV.
From the dining room, kitchen and second master there is a way out to the screened porch.

Dogs: up to two well-behaved dogs, only with our prior approval. The pet fee is charged by Vrbo when you add pets to your booking.

Nearby: Flagler Beach (10 min), St. Augustine and Daytona (30 min), Orlando (1.5 hrs). Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, Princess Place Preserve, Marineland Dolphin Adventure, Palm Coast Marina, Flagler Beach Pier, and plenty of golf, shopping and dining.

Perfect place to stay! Not too far from several public beach spots, restaurants, and beautiful spots to explore! Coming home to the pool was a huge plus! Very clean and the host is so easy to communicate with! We will be back!

Great property! The kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fishing from the dock. We paddle boarded and kayaked right from the back yard! Beach was a short 15 minute drive away. Plenty of space, beds and furniture very comfortable. Highly recommend!

House was clean and had everything we needed! We found everything in working order and the home was very comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and kayak were great amenities. Neighborhood was quiet and just perfect.

Nice place to relax

We enjoyed our two week stay in February. The large heated pool and hot tub were wonderful especially during cooler days. The home was clean, well equipped and in a nice location.

Family vacation for wedding

This house was perfect for our needs. Kids loved swimming and the grown men loved to fish in the canal. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for meals and the living area is very relaxing. Great place to stay and we enjoyed our time.

Relaxing vacation home

We had a great experience! It was great to have the pool, hot tub, and the waterway right there on the property. Our boys enjoyed fishing everyday from the private dock! The property is in a great location for privacy, yet close to shopping as well..

Week getaway

My whole family of eleven stayed three nights for my sons birthday and we stayed the remainder of the week just to relax and enjoy being away from work It was very relaxing and my kids loved the pool we only used the hot tub a few nights but it was nice to relax in it was a very quite neighborhood

Birthday Trip

We stayed five nights with four adults. House was immaculate and matched online photos exactly. Initially we had difficulty with the hot tub but the owner was very responsive to help us troubleshoot and get it going! Cannot wait to return!

Nice place

The house is great and clean, and the neighborhood is really pretty with the canal. Hosts communicate well and gave me a call when I had trouble working the hot tub. Worked well for a larger group, there were plenty of beds, although we did have to compete for time in the 2 bathrooms. Pool and hot tub and dock all very clean and in good shape.

Thanksgiving Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped home on the canal. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The pool heating was to a perfect temp for all and the hottub was nice as well for the chilly nights. We highly recommend this house to other renters. Spring break

Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We enjoyed everything about our trip. Pool was heated just perfect and the spa was awesome. My 8 year old grandson loved fishing off the dock !! He caught plenty !! Was a great stay and Liat was great ! Never failed to respond and I appreciate that very much !!

Great house and property

Enjoyed our stay. House was perfect. Outside space outstanding with pool, hot tub and dock. Liat was extremely responsive. Texted day before our arrival that hot tub wasn't working. Had it fixed evening of our arrival. Would definitely book again.

Perfection

We wanted something with a pool AND access to the water. My 2 and 5 year old boys love swimming and fishing. This house was our own little heaven for a week. We spent as much time on the dock as we did anywhere else.10 min drive to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. Not a long drive to St Augustine and Flagler. The house was clean. Incredible setup with the bunk beds. We are going to try and book again next summer.

Relaxing Family Time

This was our second trip to Palm Coast and our first at this property. The property was as advertised and our large family had a wonderful time. The beds were all very comfortable. Every room including the patio had large smart TV's so everyone could watch or play what they wanted. The pool and hot tub were wonderful as well. The dock, paddle board, and kayak were used frequently. Communication with the owner was easy and they were always very responsive. Highly recommended!

A quiet and relaxing stay

Even with the few issues I had with not getting door codes to get in and the hot tub malfunctioning, the owner was very responsive after I called and sent her a text. Her and her husband went above and beyond to try and resolve the issues and had a handyman there in just a few hours of notifying her. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, the house was cleaned and maintained very well. The pool is heated and hot tub was great when it worked They had everything you could possibly need during your stay.

A summer trip with granddaughters

We live in western nc mountains and our daughter lives in central Florida we meet every year to vacation together This home was a perfect fit very roomy well appointed with everything we needed The pool and house was super clean ! The beds slept great and we loved the couch very comfy My husband cooked all our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed My granddaughter turned 9 years old we had a luau themed swim event with cupcakes and had a blast The hot tub was fun and clean Thank you so much for hosting us ! Everything was perfect easy to find close to everything and easy on and off 95 for the ride home We want to try other properties soon The Krueger’s

I chose Palm Coast because of the vibe of this town, its close to 4 very nice beaches, its only 20 min drive to St. Augustine, 20 min to Daytona. The house itself has everything you need for a fun family vacation with big pool, hot tub, and the water views. You are welcome to use our paddle bard, and kayak to explore the quiet canals and look for Dolphins!
