Welcome to Serene Waterfront Retreat, beautiful vacation rental in Palm Coast, Florida!

This lovely home at 127 Cimmaron Dr. Palm Coast, Florida is situated on the banks of the Intracoastal Waterway, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests - only 10 adults.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living room with large windows overlooking the pool and the water. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully-equipped chef's kitchen, making it easy to entertain friends and family. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a variety of beds, with comfortable mattresses and plenty of storage space for your belongings.

One of the highlights of this vacation rental is the outdoor space. Step to a large screened-in lanai with a private new pool (heated with a separate daily fee), Hot-tub - perfect for lounging and soaking up the Florida sunshine. There's also a covered patio area with a grill, coffee table and two loungers.

As you step outside to the back yard, few steps will take you right to the dock, paddle board, kayak, fish or boat, or simply chill on the bench to soak the sun and watch boats go by on the Intracoastal Waterway. When you're ready to explore, you'll find plenty to do in the Palm Coast area. Take a stroll along the beach, surf in Flagler (15 min drive), play a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses, or visit the charming towns of St. Augustine and Daytona beach for great shopping and dining.

St. Augustine and Daytona are 25 min away, explore these cities for shopping and dining options and Hop to Disney world and enjoy all that Orlando has to offer with only 1 hour and 15 min drive.

Serene Waterside retreat was renovated in 2023 and professionally furnished. The ranch home (no steps to climb - all in one floor), seats right on the the Salt water Canal in Palm Coast, close to shopping, to the beautiful beaches, shopping and restaurants.

Accomodation and beds:
The house offers 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms and can sleep up to 12 people.

Master Bedroom - 1 king bed and 1 queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with waterfall shower and double vanity.

2nd Bedroom - 1 king bed

3rd Bedroom - 2 queen beds + 2 full beds (bunk beds - lower queen has a luxurious mattress)

Serene Waterside Retreat is the perfect home for a big family reunion, two familles who wants to share the house, or simply 1-3 couples of friends.
