You will love this remarkable home in 3rd row on the beach, walking to the best beach in all of Sea Pines! The fenced private backyard boasts a cable railing wood deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard and expansive pool—spacious open kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of room to gather in the extra-large living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a vaulted ceiling. All bedrooms are spacious, and the master bedroom has a newer walk-in shower! It's the perfect home for summer getaways or long fall days.

Really great house. Very comfortable and proximity to beach was perfect. Loved the pool and hot tub. It was a great spot for my family for the week we had a great time.

Everything was perfect, the home was welcoming and very clean. We were there pretty much to golf and were not at the home much, but the location and amenities were spectacular. When we come back, we would hope to stay here again.

So close to the beach. Short walk to South Beach marina (Salty Dog), nice floor plan with large open spaces, clean, well equipped,great access to the mgmt company. As a property owner in Sea Pines who also rents on VRBO I would easily recommend this home.

So relaxing

The house is perfect on a secluded area of the beach. It was quiet and lovely. The walk to the beach is easy and being so close to salty dog was amazing.

HHI getaway

A great house for our HHI spring getaway. House was as listed, super clean and perfect for 2 couples. Enjoyed the pool and the included bikes.

Freshly renovated inside, Pristine condition. Very clean. Great location. Favorite features were the TV poolside and the undercounted ice machine in the kitchen

Wonderful fall getaway!

This property is perfect for two couples and kids! There is enough space and all the sleeping arrangements are wonderful. It is at a great/private area within Sea Pines, with easy access to the beach. The pool is a great accommodation and the house came prepared with everything we needed. Hope to be back someday!

Great location, very clean

This is a nice little house. Beds are comfortable, which goes a long way, and the location is really great. There are lots of games too. It does not have a well equipped kitchen which for our family was a bit disappointing. I also upgraded a few lightbulbs in lamps (overheads are too bright and the lamps all had 25 watts). It was a nice week with lots of bike riding.

Hidden Gem

Efficient for a family/small party to rent a home in the heart of Sea Pines. The location is ideal - easy access to a fairly private area of the beach, and easy walking/biking distance to South Beach. Nice pool. Home was well maintained, furnished nicely and clean. Property management folks were responsive to inquiries, and provided helpful information in advance of check in. Only constructive comment is that the master bedroom did not cool down as efficiently as the rest of the home. We would definitely stay there again, and the home exceeded expectations.

Fantastic Rental-Super Clean-Great Location

Three 50 year old moms on a girls trip. We were all so impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked the house was. While we didn't do a lot of cooking, everything in kitchen was clean and newer. Not old and mismatched like you find in some rentals. Property manager was great! We had all the basics we needed and they communicated great. Pool was fantastic, 5 minute walk to beach. Definitely recommend renting a rolling cart though to carry chairs/umbrella. Came with free bikes. Cannot say enough good things about this house and the rental process!

Such a great place!

My family and I spent 5 days here and enjoyed our stay! The house really was a nice little gem in the middle of the Sea Pines resort with direct access to a quiet section of South Beach (about 150 yard walk down a private pathway to the beach). The house was clean when we arrived and was ready for us to start vacationing right away! The pool was perfect for my three boys to relax in after hours, complete with a ping pong table and outdoor TV. The kitchen was perfect - fully stocked with all the necessary dish and cookware we might need; and all my personal vacation "essentials" (coffee maker & blender) - the outdoor grill was useful as well. The added amenities were great with four bikes available for our use (and if you haven't been to Sea Pines or HHI, there's PLENTY of bike trails to use them on!). The house was managed by a third party vendor (the Vacation Company) who was attentive and proactive in reaching out to us to make sure we had all our questions answered prior to our arrival and even provided us some additional amenities, including the ability to have some beach equipment delivered and picked up at the house (which was super convenient and we used every day!). All in all, we were perfectly happy with this quiet location and would certainly consider renting it again the next time we visit HHI.

Great location in Sea Pines, the area is very quiet and relaxing. The house was ideal location to the beach and to the surrounding area. While we did not have any issues during our stay. It was easy to tell the maintenance, and fixtures were taken care of in the house. The pool was great and with the fencing you have some privacy from people walking down the path to the beach. Many of the homes in the area are open for all to see in....
