Clean open common rooms, spacious bedrooms for 13 of us and a nice, sequestered heated pool. Love the 3 minute walk to the beach.

Great property for our family - 8 adults and 7 kids. They also had alarms on the doors we could turn on so younger kids couldn't get to the pool. Easy walk to the beach..

Beautiful home

Our family loved everything about 11 Bald Eagle. The house was so comfortable, with excellent living spaces. The outdoor area was great for cooking out and the proximity to the beach was really convenient. This was such a perfect spot for our extended family gathering. We hope to return!

Great week at the beach

Our family enjoyed our annual Sea Pines week. While a little bit dated, the house was great and served all our needs just fine. Loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. Had no issues and the rental company handled everything without a hitch.

45 Years of Friendship

We have a group of friends who have been coming to Hilton Head for 46 years. We have lost a few over the years. This home fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of space, comfortable, well furnished and inviting. The only complaint would be the mattresses on the beds. They were extremely uncomfortable, lumpy and squeaky. Overall it was a great home! One of the best we have stayed in!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family vacation in a neat 6 bedroom 2nd row house near South Beach. We had only two (2) issues. First, there are four (4) mega mansions under construction on the beach so we had a lot of noise and congestion which was a concern with young children and pool-side sunning. Second, the exterior of the house had a lot of tree debris on the deck and around the pool when we arrived and which was not blown off all week. But, the house was great and the walk to the beach fairly short. Everyone loved biking on Sea Pines.

Beautiful home perfect for a multi family beach trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at many houses on Hilton Head Island and this is one of our favorites. We had four families with lots of kids. The game room was fun for all and out of the way from the rest of the house. It’s an easy walk to the beach even for the little ones. Honestly this rental company is the best. We didn’t have to check in because everything was mailed or emailed to us. I messaged them in the evening that we needed new pots and pans and they messaged me right back and sent someone out the next morning with a box of brand new ones. The hot tub stopped heating and they fixed it ASAP plus reimbursed us for the day it didn’t work. I’m sure things go missing when guests leave the home so it was so nice to contact them and have anything delivered. We nicknamed this house “skinny pool house”, but it’s actually a nice sized pool in my opinion. Thanks for the great vacation!

This was our favorite home yet! As our family keeps growing, our needs for a larger home is needed, as well. Eleven Bald Eagle Road and the Rental Company, Coastal Home and Villa, surpassed our expectations. We ran into an issue with the washing machine during our stay in the home. Without delay, Brandon, reached out to us to rectify the broken washing machine as soon as he was able. He had open communication the entire time and called several times with updates over the 48 hours we were without a working washing machine to give us updates.We will definitely rent this home again and would love to work with Coastal Home & Villas again!

This property was well maintained. Everything was very clean on arrival, one of the cleanest vacation properties we have stayed at. The house was beautiful and was nestled on a quiet street just a short walk to the beach and a short ride to South Beach shops and restaurants. Our stay was fantastic and we have no complaints.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a beautiful well situated home with plenty os space. We have rented it twice over the last few years. It suits our family so well. We love the combined dining living space. The game room is great for kids. And the bedrooms and bath combinations work so well. The kitchen equipment is a little sparse and the single fridge is tight and therange/single oven struggles. For a home that can house a crowd, the kitchen can’t feed as many. I know that’s a need for our family that others aren’t going to share. With youngsters we just can’t eat out and are relian on eating at home. Other than that, we really love the home, and it feels like home to us!

Great House for Family Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was a perfect "post-covid" reunion house for 8 adults and 4 children! The layout of the house allows everyone privacy and their own bathrooms (there is one jack-and-jill). The game room (converted garage) was especially enjoyed by our 9 and 7 year old grandchildren. We experienced some very cold weather, and had to call the management company regarding a heat issue and a minor pluming issue. They were extremely prompt and very professional. All family members agreed that they'd love to return! Note: If coming in warmer weather, understand that there are 3 houses are under construction across the street.

The bedroom layout was conducive to multiple families and there were plenty of spaces throughout the house to spread out. The pictures online didn’t reflect that all the bathrooms were recently updated so that was a nice surprise upon arrival. The outdoor space was great and the beach was a short walk. We needed a couple random kitchen items and they were delivered promptly. We would love to stay here again.
