A family mega getaway with the top floor being a full unit with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area. The middle level featuring another 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area. And the lower level with it's own bedroom. Want to gather as a group? No problem! Gather in the central sports themed common area inside including arcade, sports bar and theater room with shared large kitchen and dining area. Watch a game or movie in the tiered seating area! Even better, gather outside around the firepit or in the hot tub.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were somethings missing in the main floor kitchen (like utensils) no locks on some the bedrooms doors, hot tub was not hot at all and a window was left open in one of the bedrooms in which a chipmunk got in .

Great family home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is great for multiple families. This cabin has everything you need. The views are absolutely beautiful. We had bears visiting us multiple times. The game room was a hit in the evening. We had 18 people and had plenty of room. The only downside was in the master bedrooms the mattress could be better.The grill needs replaced, and the air conditioning went out on the top floor. They were there working on it right away.

Family vacation

Overall a pretty good place for a group

The house worked well for our group. The only complaints were that the mattresses were uncomfortable for the adults and the hot tub does not have a cover. The cold rain falling into the hot tub all day Saturday meant that it definitely was not hot.

Great large family cabin

Mohn Family Vacation

The property was great! The kids enjoyed the game room and movie theater. Whenever they got back to the house they would play the various games that were available or watch a movie. We had a few minor issues but the rental management handled them immediately. If we come back to the Gatlinburg area, we will definitely book through Elk Springs Resort.

Top Notch Resort!

We were very impressed on the cleanliness and informative emails. When we arrived the basement was a little chilly and maintenance was there within the hour. 5 stars plus!

We chose this cabin because of the game room for the kids but several games were broken. Maintenance responded timely to repair them but a few games could not be repaired so that was disappointing but overall it’s a beautiful cabin.

Team building

We really thought the house was more remote with a view. The home is located in a neighborhood. The best view was on the top floor... were we did not hang out... game room is on the bottom floor. The home does have a small outdoor fire-pit / hanging out area with a few chairs... but a bear was seen on the property the day we arrived. Enjoyed! The house was large... multiple kitchen areas & bedrooms... BUT some of the games were broken :(

Great Places for Teenagers

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home with lots of space for everyone. Close to Gatlinburg, but felt secluded. Teenagers loved the game room and hot tub. Elk Springs quickly arrived to fix a few issues and Jennifer was great to work with. Kitchens were adequately stocked and lots of linens and extra blankets were provided. Loved the directions for theater system. Would definitely stay again.

Kids want to come back

Had a problem with dishwasher and it was fixed right away. The pictures don’t tell you how big the house is. Close to hiking and Gatlinburg. The game room was enjoyed by all. They all want to come back next year so I’m going to set it up.

The lodge was clean and the staff was responsive to our needs. We did not have any problems. We were able to check in on time. The game room was great although there was on issue with one of the video games but still it was great. My family enjoyed themselves. Having the three kitchens was super helpful. One of my favorite places now.

Beautiful home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family reunion ranging in age from 8 to 77. This was the perfect home for our purpose. Everyone loved the media room and the play room. The main kitchen was spacious and well equipped. One of the things I liked best was that although there were ample spaces for togetherness, there were also extra kitchens and living spaces if individual families wanted some alone time. The only negative was the last mile or so to the property: narrow roads with steep drop offs and hairpin turns. There were shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Overall, a great experience.

Spacious Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures does not do it any justice. The house was amazing! Each floor was like it’s own apt. We did have some minor issues but they was resolved in a timely manner. The game room definitely kept the kids occupied allowing the adults to converse. Some adults could not resist the game room themselves. The house decor was modern and warm. Appreciate the paved road to location. The hot tub was relaxing. Views of the mountain was exhilarating. This place went beyond our expectations. Definitely will return.
