Newly updated condo! Pool, hot tub, golf, beach. Family friendly!

New LVP flooring and Quartz countertops throughout. Located at Sand Piper Bay Golf and Country Club. This well maintained 1,336sf, 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is comfortable and clean. Relax outside on the screened in balcony that overlooks the golf course and pond. The condo is located on the 2nd floor with stair access only.

The condo features new LVP flooring throughout and new Quartz countertops in the kitchen, and both bathrooms. 1 Master bedroom with a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature a Queen bed with all the storage you'll need. The living room is spacious and allows for all guests to find a cozy place to sit and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with starter supplies and all your cooking needs including a Keurig coffee maker and toaster. Sit around the large dining table for a meal or games. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink out on the screened in patio and maybe catch a glimpse of some wildlife out in the pond. There is a full size washer and dryer for your use with laundry detergent to get you started. All bedroom and bathroom linens are provided.

Stay and play on site at any one of the three 9 hole courses, or many courses nearby. Load up the family for a short drive to any beach of your choice: Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, and Holden Beach or drive a bit further to Myrtle Beach, SC.

Sandpiper Bay condo community includes a swimming pool, hot tub and tennis courts.

Great stay at Beaches and Fairways!

We were all quite comfortable and welcomed at Beaches and Fairways. Will definately look to stay there again.

Property was excellent!

The property and location is awesome! I was so pleased and so were my kids! It is very clean and inviting....will definitely visit again!!

Perfect for our needs

Sunset Village was a perfect location for our needs. The complex is well maintained and quiet. It’s centrally located and east to get around the Sunset and OIB area. The owners were kind and responsive to any concerns.

No TVs in bedrooms

The condo was very clean and the location was great. There were no TVs in any of the bedrooms though. We were told they were being fixed but with two teens, we may have booked a different condo knowing this.

CGA Tournament at Sandpiper Bay

We stayed here for a golf tournament and if we come back to this area we will stay here again. This is a really nice place! Everything you need or want to do is just minutes from here. We didn’t cook but we used the washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee pot. If we had needed or wanted to cook it would have been perfectly satisfactory. Everything was in A+ shape and very clean. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Perfect getaway location

Loved the condo! It was just right for my wife and two teenage daughters. 3BR’s gave everyone enough space and the sofa was nice to take a post-beach nap.

Hello! We are so glad you're considering our property! We are Doug and Sandi. We live in the Pacific Northwest and have always dreamed of living by the ocean. Doug is an avid golfer and we both love the beach. We decided it was time to invest in a place we could escape the snowy winters of Oregon and share it with you as well. We fell in love with Sunset Beach the moment we arrived. We hope you will too!

As mentioned, we really love the beach. Oregon Coast beaches are nice but often cold. Choosing Sunset Beach was a no brainer for us. We fell in love with this town the moment we arrived. It is quaint, clean, and there's plenty to do! Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country Club was an instant fit for us. With golf, ocean, and family owned restaurants within short driving distances we have found our own little piece of paradise.

Our property is surrounded by more golf than you can imagine. There are many beach options, and Myrtle Beach, SC is not too far for a day trip for exploring the boardwalk or many other fun activities. Wilmington, NC is drivable for a day trip as well. Walk the riverwalk, take in the shops and restaurants, or visit the Cargo District. On Saturdays the Wilmington Farmer's Market is a must! We hope you find what you're looking for on your next vacation here!
