Step into THE Indian Rock Beach House and leave all your worries at home. This house is steps from World Renowned Indian Rocks Beach. Powdered white sands and crystal clear emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico with perfect swimming temperatures throughout the year. This property is within walking distance out the front door to Restaurants/Bars/CVS Pharmacy/Desert Places and Shops. You could try a different restaurant each night on your vacation. Also in walking distance is a family friendly waterpark located right on the Island. Clearwater beach is 20 minutes away and 30 Minutes from Tampa and St. Petersburg. All major airports are a quick drive to this Beach House! The Indian Beach House is a 6 bedroom 5 bathroom house that can accommodate a large family or two. Two separate living unit areas, the downstairs and upstairs both have their own full kitchens, living rooms and 3 bedrooms. The downstairs unit has 2 full bathrooms and a half bath and the upstairs has 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a television and cable TV with sports package included and internet as well. There is a foot-washing station right by the beach pathway to wash your feet after leaving the beach and there is an outdoor shower as well. A long driveway with covered parking can accommodate 4-5 full size vehicles easily if need be. If you want the perfect beach vacation, book this property and relax the way it always was intended to be.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY: We have provided the minimum essentials to get you started. Such as 1 paper towel roll, minimal toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, etc. We are a vacation rental and not a hotel, so once you run out of the initial supplies it is up to you with what you need. Anything else you may need during your stay; the nearest Publix and Walmart is less than 10 minutes away from the property.

CHECK-INS: All check-ins are a self check-in process. For security purposes, access instructions will be sent to you the day of your arrival through Vrbo messaging. Thank you.

EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM EST (or afterwards). If you need the property prior to check-in time, please be made aware that early check-ins cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until the day of your arrival.

CHECKOUT: All checkouts are at 10 A.M. Please strip the sheets, clean your dishes and throw away all garbage prior to departure. Thank you.

In the mornings head out your back door and down to the beach where you will find dolphins and other sea creatures making an early morning appearance. Or enjoy a quick bike or walk around the island. If you’re getting hungry stop into The Indian Rocks Cafe for a delicious breakfast.

INDIAN ROCKS BEACH BY AFTERNOON
Right out your front door, this property is within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, CVS Pharmacy, and Dessert Shops. You could try a different restaurant each night on your vacation. There are great restaurants in Indian Rocks Beach. If you are in the mood for mexican we would recommend VIP Mexican American Cuisine or if you’re in the mood for some delicious italian we would recommend Villa Gallace! For a quick drive off the island, enjoy a delicious meal on Clearwater Beach!

Getting Around - BY VEHICLE:

Trolley: The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north), to Pass-A-Grille (south), and stops at specially marked “Trolley Stop” locations along the entire Gulf Blvd. The regular cash fair is only $2.25 and children five years old or younger ride for free with an adult. Visitors also may purchase unlimited ride fares for either three, seven, or 31 days for between $18 and $70.

Ride-sharing Services: Companies like Uber and Lyft, which use smartphone apps to match passengers with nearby independent drivers, operate throughout the region. Drop-off and pick-up spots are based on your location.

Other Things to Note:
